Best vets we've ever had!. Dr. Pfifer and his associates are the most thorough, competent, and kind vets we've ever taken our pets to for care. We receive extensive explanations for every shot, medication or procedure and are given reasonable options when treatment for an illness or injury has been necessary. Our dogs, now are old, happy and pretty darned healthy thanks to the care and compassion they have received at Inglemoor. In addition, to the doctors, the staff is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, as well.

My Dog is So Comfortable Here!. Our experience at Inglemoor Animal Hospital has been everything we could have hoped for.

We're first-time pet owners, with no clue what a trip to the vet should entail. Dr. Phifer immediately put us at ease and made us feel like this is a safe an comforting place to bring our new puppy. His gentle nature and calm demeanor immediately put our dog at ease and made our first visit go so smoothly!

All of the staff have been nothing but kind, pleasant and helpful. There is no doubt that this is where we will be taking our puppy from now on!

They use shock collars in the office!. Thankfully, I haven't been to this office, but I would be SO UPSET if I found that my dogs had been shocked while at the vet. If they are willing to use shock collar on a dog, what else are they willing to do? If they are willing to impose pain while walking in their office, I worry that they would not be interested in minimizing pain during procedures.

Best animal hospital in the region!. Throughout the years I have taken my animals to many different clinics around the greater seattle area. My pets are like famly and mean the world to me so it's very important that i provide them with the best I can manage.

The first thing that stood out to me is that Inglemoor Animal Hospital understands and embraces the idea that pets are more than animals, but family members. The staff is kind and helpful and the doctors are very knowledgable and gentle. All the vets are great but my favorite vet is Dr. Pfeifer who I believe owns the clinic. He truly cares about his patients and gives his full effort and attention to each one, unlike other clinics I've been to. He even took time out of his schedule to come to my home when my poor Sadie had to be put down so she would be as comfortable as possible. I was truly touched, and to me it really separated him from the rest.

Inglemoor Animal Hospital is very professional but also very caring and close, so I don't mind having to drive the extra distance from my house to go to it. As long as this practice continues to run, which I'm certain will be many, many more years, I will continue to bring my animals there. I recommend every pet owner to do the same!

A Wonderful Hospital. Dr. Mike Pfiefer has been taking care of our yellow Labrador for nearly three and a half years. He has been an amazing, caring, professional and thorough caretaker for our Rosie. If there's a surgery or something else that Dr Mike feels he's not comfortable doing, his recommendations have always worked out great. We have several close friends that also take their furry friends to Dr. Mike at Inglemoor Animal Hospital.

There have been times when Dr. Mike was not available and the other doctor's there on staff were just as professional and knowledgeable. We feel very comfortable working with the other DVM doctors. All their staff have been so caring, professional and always easy to work with.

Dr. Pheiffer is the best vet in area.. Started taking animals to Dr Pheiffer when practice first opened. My experience with him is that he is a remarkable Vet as well as a person. Took my dog to him for his whole life and when he passed away after 13 years Mike came to my house to make him comfortable in his last moments with us. Never ever had someone show so much compassion and professionalism in the situation.

all staff caring and knowledgable. miss winnie larue and ladybugs where treated with love and tenderness. the staff where freindly and welcoming. Dr Chatterson was exceptional. I would recomend her or any of the other Dr's.

The prices where affordable , the care excellant. All procedures where explained before procceding along with after care and future care .

There specialty pet food prices are lower then most chain pet stores.

Good but defintely used to be better. I've been using Inglemoor for over 12 years. I agree - Dr. Shini and Dr. Jane were absolutely awesome. Dr. Jane has also moved to Phinney Ridge and we followed her there for the rest of our kitty's life. Unfortunately, with Dr. Scott and Dr. Jane gone and the huge staff turnover, it is definitely not the same and we now feel that the 40 minute drive to get there is no longer worth it. If we lived closer, we would probably still use them. It was worth it for Dr. Scott and Dr. Jane but we have yet to meet another vet there that we felt as great about. The new ones seem very young and don't seem to care about the overall picture nearly as much. Just get you in and out.

Great place for family pets. A very caring staff who takes the extra time to make sure the pets are not only healthy but happy. I had my boxer spaid recently and when I went to pick her up they had brought her in the staff room to lay down because she disliked the crate. Each staff member knew her name and treated her like she was there own. On another instance, our puppy was bit by a neighbors dog and I had taken her to the emergency room in Kirlkland on a Sat. That Monday Inglemoor staff called to check on her welfare. They called again on Wed. It is that kind of personal and thorough service that differentiates this great group of doctors and staff. It is also fairly easy to get an appointment same day if needed.

Good but not the best. We had gone to Inglemoor Vet for years but generally only saw Dr. Schini or Dr. Jane. Dr. Scott Schini was our favorite and Dr. Jane was a close 2nd. Both are exceptionally friendly, caring and loving people -- toward pets and humans. They were really good about giving explicit discharge orders and would follow up with a phone call once we were home. I had heard several "bad reviews" about the head doctor (the owner?) so we never saw him. We loved the front desk gals/asistants but a few years ago the ones we saw all the time were no longer there and we didn't get to the know the new ones like we had the others. Then Dr. Scott left to start his own business (Maple Leaf Vet) wo we ended up following him to his new clinic. If Dr. Jane is still working at Inglemoor, I would highly recommend her. If not, I would try out Dr. Scott's new place.
