Friendly, Forthcoming, Informative. When my computer unexpectedly crashed due to a virus I took it to Best Buy for a quote on how much to retrieve the information and clean up my laptop. Including a hard drive the total cost would have been in the neighborhood of $600. My mom had used E-bits previously to fix her laptop screen and they were local to our home. Every single person I dealt with was friendly and helpful, especially considering I felt on the verge of a nervous breakdown. They were able to retrieve ALL of my information, upgrade my security for free, max out my RAM all for around half of what Best Buy wanted to charge. I will consistently tell everyone I know about E-bits and to take their computers there first.

My new BEST FRIENDS!. I cannot say enough about EBits Computer repair - James at Lake City Loc explained the repair procedure and the intial cost for diagnosis of my Desktop and they were timely in finding the problem and what it would cost to fix - Jasper called and again made sure I understood about needing a new hard drive, and getting rid of a worm (yikes) - they retrieved my files (normally extra expense) for free.

The service didn't stop there! When I couldn't get it to work - I called the store, and they RE-CHECKED EVERYTHING AGAIN (not finding anything wrong) Meaning one thing - MY MONITOR wasn't working properly - Jasper, insisted picking me up anew monitor, sent a tech out to re-hook up my tower, and drop off the new monitor. I love such service, and wanting to please attitudes - WOW, you cannot find that kind of old fashioned service, and fair prices. Repairs guaranteed for 2 years.
