Time to bail out. Charter Bank was formed in Bellevue, Wa about 12 years ago by local folks with great intentions. For years they were first class. That has changed; Boston Private took over about two years ago and they are now the worst. I've closed all me accounts and left, I'd urge anyone to do the same.
