WARNING, do not bring any products or buy product from Silver Palms. I brought silver palms a baby bracelet in order to have it engraved and they ended up scratching it badly. I told the lady at silver palms: I brought you a brand new bracelet yesterday From Kay Jewlers In its packaging, you saw me open it, we both went over it, we talked about it for 10 minutes, and there was no scratches.
