Great company

6 months ago I had a York two stage gas furnace installed by All Climate in Redmond. I invited six companies in for a quote. My sales person was pleasant and competent. All Climates quote included things that the other companies would not do or charged more for. The installation crew had problems with their truck, they called right on time and told me they would be a little late and showed up exactly when they said the adjusted time would be. They stayed until the job was done. The crew was pleasant and efficient. Our furnace is in a crawl space, the weather was really bad. They wore boot protectors or took off the boots every time they came in the house. Upon competition of the job they took the time to show me exactly how to operate and care for my new furnace.

The furnace works wonderfully. They sales person determined that one of my registers had not been connected from the time the house was built in 1989. After the installation we noticed that we had much more even heat throughout our home. We used to have to put a space heater in our bed room and hour before bed time to warm it up enough to go to bed. Not anymore. We have noticed a drop in our gas bill but we can’t track it because the weather has been bitterly cold and we run our gas hot tub 24/7 to keep it from freezing.

There was a slight noise. I called out a service man. Bill was pleasant and knowledgeable. I have had other companies refuse to go into my crawl space although it is clean, dry and 4 ft high. Bill took it all in stride and off he went. He determined that because my new furnace was more efficient than my 20 year old furnace, which was replaced. He recommended the correct size of cold air returns. Bill gave me the options of replacing them myself or they would come out and do it. I am pretty handy so I picked the later. They ordered the parts and they were in the next day.

I would recommend All Climate and have recommended All Climate.

Great all around service

I had four quotes and All Climate was the only one that went around and measured windows/doors to determine the actual needed capacity for a new furnace. Cal went over options and listened to my questions and explained how he was coming up with what I should get. He was quick to return my followup calls. The installers were quick and did a great job. When they came into the house they put their booties on to prevent tracking in dirt just like I was told they would. I dealt with All Climate once before and had great service then so I'm 2 for 2. I strongly recommend their services.

Good installers but always an issue

We have used this service a couple of times. They are always professional and provide quick service. The problem is that on every service call something has been wrong that has added extra time to the service call (at my expense of course). List of problems, our initial furnace wasn't insulated properly and hence froze twice and of course they charged us to fix it. During a remodel to move duct work the measurements taken we wrong so the wrong type of duct was being put it, wasting install time that I again got charged for. Be careful and monitor the process at all steps have yet had them work a job were everything went correctly. Will be using a new service provider from now on even through they did the initial installation.

Good sales person, good staff, good price, good service!

Their quote was the best of 3 estimates we had and the installers arrived right on time and did a great job. The staff was very friendly, I highly recommend using All Climate.

Reliable, friendly service

I've worked with a lot of home service providers and All Climates really stands out. They called the day before the job to confirm appointment and arrived on time. They also confirmed pricing prior to starting the job, which is a big thing for me. Jose was friendly and professional- I recommend him to everyone! Work was completed as bid and Jose even cleaned up after he was done.
