The service was great and the new lock is lovely :). RNA provided me with a nice lock for one of the doors of a room that I rent out. I did check around and my instinct brought me back here. The service was great and the new lock is lovely :)

super fast. Yesterday morning I was locked out of my home. I really needed to go on shpping and fortunately the guy came in 15 min and in fact saved my dinner!

Magnificent customer & locksmith service.. Magnificent customer & locksmith service. I had attempts before to cut keys and it was a nightmare that 1 out of three keys worked. That's why I am happy to put this review here and I am glad that the locksmith had the knowledge to cut the key correctly the first time. I like the up front price quote, but she did mentioned it could go up after the technician's assessment. RNA, I'm happy!

BEWARE: Bait & Switch Scammers!!!. These guys are terrible. They quote one price over the phone, but the actual charges are much, much higher. Classic "Bait & Switch" ! They said it would cost around $55 to unlock my car, but when the technician arrioved, he said it would be at least $165.00 because my car was supposedly real hard to open. Well, I didnt have that much cash on me so he settled for $148.00. What a rip off!!! They must be writing their own reviews as well.

pleasure to recommend. After breaking my key off in the door lock and therefore immobilising car i was quoted huge costs from a franchise who despite knowing my desperation didnt even ring me back! I rang this company and they came out reassured me and got the broken key out of lock cut and programmed new ones. friendly efficient service pleasure to recommend

Really good job. Really good job. I sugesst using them. They can pick any lock and fix anything. I use them alot and they never fail to do a great job. Also they are very respectful with their customers.
