It was hard to decide whether to give them 4 or 5 stars. They are very pleasant to work with, and their salesman really knew his products well. They also made a real effort to compete on price. The installation was neat and well done. My only criticism is that they are a bit disorganized. They were not able to install on time since the A/C unit I ordered was not available to them when they said it would be. The installers did not have a tool needed for the job, and had to come back the next day. Also, they forgot to bolt the compressor to its support pad. In the end, everything turned out great, but it was a little bumpy.

Plumber flushed-cleaned sediments in an aerator in kitchen faucet and replaced an aerator in bathroom faucet. Went to look at my water heater(I had no problem with it).Time taken was 30 minutes.Amount charged $198.00 !!! Do I need to make any comments on pricing? Do not be fooled by the advertisement.
