I have not had a good experience with the Federal Way location. Your staff discusses things like detedtves wanting case files. Your staff is indifferent and sometimes rude over the phone. in other words I am always wrong and they are right. One of your staff actually walked into the room during my tooth extraction and said"Wow that's a lot of blood!" My advice train your staff that a customer comes first. I will be looking for a new dentist for myself and family. Unfortunately your location has my x-rays.

The staff at this office is very helpful. The staff at this office is very helpful, affordable and friendly. I feel very comfortable and confident coming here and bringing my children. I am always amazed that they recognize me after 6 months between visits. The doctor was very clear about the procedure/s and has been able to give options that will work with my budget since we do not have dental insurance. I would strongly recommend this office.

Very professional.
Everyone in the Federal Way office is great! My children like the fact that Dr. Sodu is patient and she doesn't scare them. The assistants and hygienists are all very professional and patient. I am glad I had to choose a DMO through my job and Bright now dental was one of clinics to choose from.

The office staff is EXCELLENT. The office staff is EXCELLENT! Everyone is very professional - always! And Dr. Sidhu is an excellent dentist. I am very pleased with the Federal Way Bright Now Dental office and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! THANKS!
