Since I bought the car there has been no customer service

We have left many messages and have received no phone calls returned

I inquired about a gas card that was advertised on a mailing we received

I was confirmed this information

We were told it would be mailed in a week we still haven;t received it

When I called the 5th time finally got to talk to the salesman who

told us that the card would be mailed in a week

ERIC ELLIOT he said he would check on this and call back again

now it has been three days no call returned

I was not informed that the contract was accepted or not within 4 business days by state law (Funny I was told the contract was a done deal)

We could not take an important business trip due to the tabs being told

that we would receive them in the mail not true either

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!. horrable experience drove 20 miles to see a guy who worked there. over the phone he said that we have 3 or 4 trucks under $4,000. i was so exited so i drove out there with a appointment set up with the guy to show me the cars.

first off: he couldn't help me because he was helping a other customer that didn't have an appointment.

second off: they didn't have one truck under $4,000. there cheapest truck was $13,000 and thats a crappy thing to do to a first time 16 year old car buyer. i was all exited and thought i was going to get a truck that day.

third off: a unprofessional salesmen that didn't know anything about trucks was already trying to talk me into financing a truck that was $13,000. even when i told him i couldn't spend over $4,000.

wonderful sales team!. I've been wanting to buy a car for a fair amount of time and have had my share of "challenges" with various dealerships. Pierre totally changed my opinion of the car buying experience, however. They were concise with their information, didn't try to push me to buy something that was over my budget or needs and treated me with RESPECT.

I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Bill Pierre Ford has the biggest discounts on Fords in the Northwest. The folks at Bill Pierre Ford are the friendliest you'll meet in the Lake City area, hands down. Just as valuable are their integrity, honesty and customer service are their prices. For example, looking throughout the Auto Trader and Northwest Auto Classifieds, I've seen significant dealer incentives, cash rebates and other price markdowns on vehicles being sold by several dealerships in the area. I'm a smart buyer. In doing my research, I've often found that many dealers will advertise "massive" discounts and low, unheard-of interest rates on financing as a loss leader -- only to have you come down to the dealership for yet another round of intimidation and pressure sales tactics.

Not so at Bill Pierre Ford in Lake City. I bought my Ford Focus with no less than $3500 below MSRP and was offered only $500 below KBB value on my 1995 Mustang. And, you obviously know that the chances that you'll get book value for your trade is 0%! I left extremely satisfied.
