They saved the day,. I really liked these guys. We used them for a business meeting we had and it worked out really well. We had some people from out of town in and we couldn't get the time to go out, but we had a good idea about what we wanted to eat.... bbq. We called up ddplus and within an hour or so, all of us were munchin on our grub. Great idea, good service and we will use them again.

DDP are a bunch of scheisters. Would give them negative stars if possible.

DDP states they deliver to Woodinville yet when you call them they state they will only do so if you place an order above 250$. We did this once when we had a party and they didn't deliver what we ordered. They were short almost 50$ in food. When asking if we could just get a refund for what wasn't brought they said no. They said the total has to be over 250$. We asked if they would go and get the other food they didn't get and they said sure, but there will be an additional delivery fee. We have also used them at work and at least half the time they don't get the order right. Whenever we escalate and talk to management, they basically too bad soo sorry but nothing they can do. We issued a chargeback the last time they pulled these shenanigans.

Stay away and just send someone to go get the food.

Fantastic customer service. The restaurant we ordered from through Dinner Delivery Plus got our order completely wrong. When I called Dinner Delivery about the problem the representative was very apologetic (even though it technically wasn't her fault). She immendiately called the restaurant on our behalf, gave them our feedback and had our payment credited. Bravo to Dinner Delivery Plus! Thank you!

Can't think of anything BETTER. I am a single mother who sometimes after work just can't even think about cooking. So i just pull out my handy menu book and let the kid pick the restaurant the food is always hot and they are usally faster then the hour i have been quoted my food is right or the have the resturant fix it right away thanks for this great service.

Be careful of deliver/tip/charges. Our company used Dinner Delivery Plus. It seems convenient, but it's very expensive. The delivery charges and tip can add up, so be careful. I had no problem with timing of food, but I really believe their prices should come down. The restaurants are a lot less when ordering direct.

Have to agree with negative reviews. I had high hopes for this service when I first found out. Order from many local restaurants and have the food delivered to my door in comfort. Great! Sadly, I have to agree with the negative reviews. I still haven't quite figured out what it is that they do exactly with the billing but the same food that cosst me $20 in the restaurant costs me $43 through DD plus. It is not just ridiculous, it is a rip off. They charge a fee, then they charge a gratuity which they don't tell you about but ask if you would like to add a tip (on top of the already included one) and then they charge a delivery/driver fee that is on top of these two fees and they charge tax on the whole things. I still used them a few times because of the convenience but what convenience? Both times my food was late. One time they said it would be 40 minutes and it was well over an hour. Another time they said an hr and 15 minutes and it was nearly 3 hours. Horrible!

Large number of restaurants to choose from!. Well, our family has been using DD+ for years (usually once a week when kids have too many activities for me to be able to cook. Sometimes for an "at home" date night with my husband so that I don't have to cook!) Call center personnel has always been friendly (even when I asked for my "When Harry Met Sally" ordering style!!!), and the order is almost always correct (on the rare occasions when it is wrong, it's probably my fault for being soooo picky about "no this, but add that" style of ordering. Food is hot when it arrives, and the large number of restaurants to choose from is great for variety. We have never used them for lunch, just dinner. They are great!!!! And it gives me a much needed break when I can't pull dinner together at the end of a hectic day!!

Unprofessional and expensive. Dinner Delivery Plus is not only expensive, but their phone help is very poor and unprofessional. I will not use them. They not only charge you for delivery, but they add on to the cost of the food as well as expecting a tip. I do not recommend using Dinner Delivery Plus at all.

Wouldn't use again!. Called 2 days in advance to place order and insure it would be delivered on time. Food never arrived at set time, ended up having to order from another vendor. The girl on the phone was not very helpful and the customer service aspect of the whole ordeal was lacking. Needless to say, they lost about a group of 25 people who will never order from here again.

Great service!! On time deliveries, & HUGE selection of restaurants. We use Dinner Deliver Plus all the time for our groups. I love the gals in the office they know their menus and what I will need to feed everyone. The selection of restaurants is so big that we could eat everyday for two months and never eat at the same restaurant twice. The drivers help me set up and keep me informed of their arrival time. This company makes it very easy for me to order for my group. I even use them at home when I am too busy to cook!!
