Scam. If you plan on being cremated, and plan on staying at Greenwood - MAKE SURE YOU ARE 100% POSSITIVE YOU ARE GOING TO STAY THERE! Don't pay for a place at Greenwood if there's even a slight chance that you or a family member might change their mind later and decide to move you or spread your ashes somewhere else later. This is where you will get ripped off! My grandfather's urn is in their mausoleum, my grandmother paid $922 to have her ashes put in with his when she passed. She changed her mind and wants their ashes spread around the family home. Greenwood was not happy that we wanted to remove my grandfather, & tried to talk them out of taking him. Then are charging $995 just to open the glass case so we can remove my grandfather - $995 to do something that takes less than 10 minutes, plus we do not get the $922 my grandmother paid, even though she changed her mind. So in total it cost $1,917.00 just to remove my grandfather from Greenwood! Not to mention what we already paid for the services when he passed away 17 years ago. What kind of a scam is this? They claim to be there for you in your time of need, but they left out "as long as you don't change your mind, then we will screw you."

A flat, gray stone is all that marks the grave of Jimi Hendrix.. In Short
Jimi Hendrix, one of the most famous musicians to come out of Seattle, is buried beneath a simple, gray headstone at Greenwood Memorial Park in Renton. A guitar is etched into the stone, along with the words "Forever in our hearts."
