Burgers, fries, poutine, stacks of flap jacks, kale caesars, it's all good at this food truck gone bricks n' mortar on Cap Hill. A sunny room, upbeat service and a full bar seal the deal!

God I LOVE this place! Everything they do is spot on and defines what ALL Comfort Food should be! Quality and value are unmatched and consistently delivered in this destination worthy hot spot!
Go-to greens: Kale Caesar with boquerones (cured anchovies), croutons, parmesan, and a creamy dressing. For an extra $7 (double the price), you can have the kitchen add wild salmon.

A hipster diner on cap hill complete with cocktails. No ressies taken so grab one and perch by the bar while you wait.

Beer in Kerr jars & the comfortable home cooking your mother never made. Diner feel a with food nerd twist. Don't miss housemade bacon jam.
Skillet is one ambitious restaurant group serving homey comfort door with love that was borne out of a food truck and for that God bless 'em. They serve breakfast, lunch n' dinner. You can't beat the fried chicken, specially if you have it on a waffle in the marn. The lunchtime chicken sandwich is also so durn Lady GaGa good I swear on my Grammy's bible!
The cinnamon roll offered during the weekends is the size of my head... and I wear large hats!
Bacon Jam. Jamâ?¦ Made From Bacon.. Skillet’s signature bacon jam, slathered on a big ‘ole burger, with enough fries to feed four was lunch heaven. For dinner, an alkaseltzer. Totally worth it.
