Poor customer service. I am from out of town so when I saw a truck for sale on autotrader in Seattle I decided to pursue it wit two telephone calls which ended with the salesman getting info on the specific truck but never contacting me again. After this happened twice I deicded to try the online service.

When I was online the rep told me that the truck was available for showing and answered some of the specific questions I had about it. I made sure that she was aware I as coming from out of town (150miles away). She said the only way to hold the truck was to put a deposit on it for 10-15% of the value but she could not tell me if this was 100% refundable if I decided to not buy the truck, however she did insit that it will still be there since the truck has been on their lot for some time. Before I left work at 5:00 PM I made sure she had my number and was aware I was still on my way.

I decided to drive up after work and check the truck out however when I arrived the salesman that was waiting for me said that the truck sold earlier, about 10:30 AM. This didn't make sense since the online rep and I were talking at 5:00PM the same day.

Short story they failed to contact me to let me know they sold the truck that they promised me was available for viewing when they knew I was traveling 5hrs round trip to check it out.

I can not recommend this dealership from my experience with them.

Worst Repair Service. This is the worst place for car repair, I took my car in for a minor repair last week and all was well then the next day had to take it back because they didn’t fix it right. The second day the mechanic came out to talk to me and you could he was high as a kite, scabs on his face and all… no wonder they didn’’t get it right the first time. Tweakers and car repair don’t mix. the service manager was nice and made things right for me.

Best shopping experience yet. Bill Pierre Chevrolet is a great place to shop because they have an extremely well-trained and knowledgeable sales staff. I also like how informative their website is and even has an online sales department for getting information expeditiously for doing preliminary research. And, best of all, many of their products are well below MSRP.

I'm very satisfied with Bill Pierre Chevrolet because they're professional, low-pressure, and friendly.

The difference is in the salesman!. I've noticed many of the reviews of Pierre auto center ( ford and dodge) are either one or five stars. I strongly feel that is attributed to the salesperson you get when you walk in the door. Don't take any chances, ask for the best; Chris Berg. I came in with VERY specific parameters on the new chevy truck that I wanted ( diesel, ext cab, long bed, four wheel drive, etc), and Chris cut right to the chase to find my truck at the best possible price. He listened to what I wanted rather than try to tell me whats best for me like some salespeople. He knew he didn't have the truck I wanted on the lot but he found one for me and brought it in all the way from a dealer in eastern washington. You will be pleasantly surprised by Chris' honesty and straight forwardness about doing what is best for the customer. We didn't have to dance around the MSRP of the truck to negotiate a price, Chris just told me the best price he could sell it for and I knew it was good due to my research ahead of time. His price was well below MSRP for this particular truck. I do and will continue to recommend Pierre Chevrolet and the extraordinary salesman, Chris Berg to my friends and family.
