CROOKED!. I only went here because I had a Groupon for a Keratin treatment. First of all, they cashed in my Groupon the day I called to make the appoinment, before they even provided the service. Then, after I drive an hour to get there, they don't even have my appoinment on the books, so I have to wait 45 minutes (paying a babysitter by the hour) until the owner shows up. There is a real language barrier here, they don't seem to understand how Groupon is supposed to work. They don't honor the full value of the Groupon! Not only did they tell me I'd have to pay an extra $20 on top of the $300 value of the Groupon (because my hair is past my shoulders) for a service that costs $250 anywhere else, but they then demanded that I pay the "service tax" on the value of the Groupon after I'd received the service by waving someone else's voucher in front of my face and claiming, "See?? Does not include tax! We collect tax!".

I have never been charged an Additional fee for taxes on any service I've ever received from any other Groupon merchant. I reluctantly paid the extra $35 just to get out of there. This is clearly just their efforts to collect more money from customers after getting them in the salon.

And, the treatment that they did on my hair was worse than worthless, my hair is fried and there was absolutely no positive change in the condition of my hair
