I have been a patient of Dr. Aylen’s dental practice for more than three years. Her staff is always very warm, welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Aylen and her staff have worked with me for my general dental needs including veneers and also partnered with my orthodontist throughout my adult orthodontia treatment to ensure my teeth remained healthy throughout treatment. I have always been completely satisfied with all of their services and would highly recommend them.

Dr. Aylen was very personable and welcoming. After my initial extensive exam, she went over my xrays and examined my teeth more closely and thoroughly. She explained different plans of attack for areas of focus and invited me into that decision making process. She answered questions and stayed quite a long time. She didn't seem rushed or stressed, which was quite calming for me. The office staff all got along with one another, which I think is amazing. They were very personable and easy to talk to. Not to mention my dental hygienist was amazing. She was friendly, gentle and attentive to my needs. My teeth felt smooth and glossy afterward. I would most definitely recommend Northgate Smiles to family and friends.

Recently, I moved and was procrastinating on finding a new dentist. After reading several reviews, I decided to try out the Northgate Smiles office and see Dr. Aylen. I am very happy I did. The entire staff has always been kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Aylen if you are searching for a new dentist.

Quite simply the most amazing staff of dental professionals that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. The office staff is thoughtful, considerate, funny, real and above all comforting with any and all questions and concerns that I have. I've been a patient for over 4 years; I've seen them for routine cleanings, X-Rays, minor procedures, invisalign, and teeth whitening. I honestly can't imagine ever working with another group on such talented and caring individuals.

I have been a patient of this office for nearly a year. I originally heard about the office from an online review who stated

that the dentists were the best that they had ever been to. I hadn't been to the dentist for awhile and decided to give

them a try. I needed to get my wisdom teeth taken out. The office staff were very friendly from the time I entered the

office. The hygenist who took me back for my appointment put me at ease and was very attentive to my needs. Dr Aylen

was very professional but had an amazing bedside manner. She made sure I was not in any pain and made sure to

explain all of the procedures to me. The hygenists and dental assistants were amazing at making me feel comfortable and

taken care of. Dr Aylen even called me that night at home to be sure I was doing okay and to see if I had any other

questions. I have been to this office several times since then for a cleaning and to do some other minor work. For the

cleaning and minor work, I saw Dr. Aluas. She was also very easy to talk with and very professional. She was very

knowledgeable and made sure that I understood the procedures and the treatment plan. The office is very up to date with digital xrays, cable TV at each patient chair, and special cameras so the dentists can show patients what needs to be done at a close view. The front desk team make sure to work with you regarding your financial situation and your insurance. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing a dental cleaning, wisdom teeth extraction or any other dental work.

Northgate Smiles is awesome. Genetics gives me the opportunity to visit the dentist many times. I previously went to the same dentist my entire life and dreaded going to the dentist. Although the doctors and staff were very nice the service was not the same as I get at Northgate Smiles. Dr. Aylen and her staff are very friendly and good at what they do. They are quick and painless when it comes to office visits. The dentist is usually the last place I would ever want to go. However, the staff here is wonderful and makes it easy to get myself to go in. I don't stress out about going to the dentist anymore. I recommend Northgate Smiles to anyone in the Seattle area looking for a great dentist.

I have been seeing Dr. Aylen at Northgate Smiles for a couple of years now, and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Previous dental offices have told me my teeth are cracked from grinding and that I should consider getting veneers. At Northgate Smiles they let me know my teeth are just fine, although a little worn down from grinding, so I should consider a mouth guard – quite different from the price of veneers!

When I first went to see Dr. Aylen, I needed an implant (crown), and it turned out my post is not a standard one, so needed a particular setting. She notified the lab making the implant about the non-standard post and arranged someone from the lab to come up during my exam to take a look. She made everything so easy for me.

And finally, my dental hygienist Cindy is fantastic! She’s very easy to talk to and makes my cleaning seem to last no time at all, and my teeth feel great when she’s done.

I highly recommend Northgate Smiles!
