First of all, there is a terrible rodent problem and the office lies about sending pest control to terminate the problem. I told the lady in the office that I had bought some glue traps on my own to take care of the problem and she turns around a couple of days later and tells me that the pest control company put those in my apartment. My air conditioning was broke for about a month in the middle of summer before anyone fixed it and I was never offered any alternative or ever given even an apology. The entire bathroom in one of the bedrooms flooded once due to rusted pipes in the toilet and it took them four months to come fix that. I couldn't even use that bedroom, the door was closed the whole time. Cocroaches also seem to be a huge problem. They didn't appear to be bad when we first moved in but they got terribly worse after the fact. They charge a deposit for almost anything they can think of. Make sure you read every paper before you sign. It took for me to take legal action against them to get their stuff together and fix all of the problems. I do not recommend this complex at all to anyone unless you don't care about living in filth.
Pros: allows large dogs, nice workout facility
Cons: rodents and cocroaches, terrible customer service, maintenance issues never get resolved

In a year and a half I've had constant problems with a/c, r0aches, water heater, etc. Grounds is very slow to respond, they don't things properly. The gym is trashed, the pools hardly ever clean. Besides general complaints like this I was recently robbed at gunpoint by three g@ng members in my home at 6pm! This place is not safe!! DON'T LIVE HERE!!
