One of the best repair places in downtown ny! Fair prices (for nyc) good turn around and great communication. The shop is ALWAYS busy, but I have always had same day service. Would highly recommend.

I went to Ludlow Garage for a brake job and my experience was overall very positive. They took my car right away and had it examined. They told me what the problem was. They showed me what the problem was. They explained what needed to be done. They gave me an estimate with a complete breakdown for each part and labor, which was a very reasonable amount. I took the can in at 10:30am and they estimated to have it ready around 12:00 (I finished at about 12:30, still pretty good by car repair standards). They charged exactly what they said. The manager Jerome was a very polite and reliable fellow. Plus they accept all major credit cards and they are open on Saturday. I recommend them as a peace of mind haven in the car repair jungle. They are worth a trip to the LES.
