They quoted us $30 for a 30"x5" Carara marble saddle that they said they'd have from their Queens warehouse within two days. We went with them based on that price and delivery schedule. When we went to Manhattan store to buy a 28"x3" saddle and a 28"x"5" saddle, they charged $30 apiece even though these were SMALLER than the piece quoted @ $30. That didn't make any sense! Then they said, once we paid, that the pieces wouldn't be in their Manhattan store until 3 days later. We said OK, figuring a 1 day delay wouldn't kill us. Sadly enough, the pieces did not show up until 8 days later, putting us 5 days behind schedule on our project. Come on!. If you're looking for quality stuff and a true-to-their-word quote and delivery schedule, you'd be much better off heading downtown to Bella Tile on 1st Ave.
