The Scene
Working out becomes a luxurious experience at this full-service facility. There are six floors and 140,000 square feet devoted to the pursuit of fitness in this temple to the body beautiful, but it doesn't stop there. Spa comforts for both sexes include massage, nutritional counseling, facials and hairstyling--perfect for sprucing up after a grueling workout. An attentive staff of locker-room cleaners and attendants adds to the hotel-like flair. If the kids are giving you a headache, park them at the fitness space designated for children between six months and 12 years of age.
The Workout
A low-fat bite at the Grill, the gym's very own restaurant, is de rigueur. But as you consume your elegant meal and reflect on the site's host of perks, you may be struck by a disturbing realization: You forgot to exercise.

I just want everyone who likes 5 star service to know that it still exists on the Upper West Side. I just moved from Florida and have recently joined the Reebok Sports Club in NY. It is AMAZING! From the greeting smiles to the personal attention, I find that each visit is like a little hotel stay! The club is so abuzz with life, and there's never a wait for machines and equipment. I love that!! Also, I think there's like 100 exercise classes to choose from! The best part of the club to me is that by the end of my first week there, staff members were calling me by my first name. I think that speaks volumes for this place...

I joined Reebok since i have some friends there, and heard all about the new Mind Body and Yoga Center. The club is beautiful and the machines and trainers are great, but the Center is amazing. The classes are challenging and the staff there are just so warm, friendly and accomodating. There are not enough great things i can say, its not just a gym it really is like a 5 star hotel
Pros: Great service, top notch machines, incredable talented trainers, challenging classes
