A little slice of deep-dish Chicago in Ballard. Chef (and Chicago native) Benjamin Kulikowski opened his Windy City eatery on the corner of 62nd and 15th in the old The Mailbox space where he serves up the usual suspects--authentic deep-dish pizza, hot dogs and Italian beef—with a commitment to locally-sourced ingredients. There’s also wine and beer. Just don’t ask for horseradish or ketchup. You should know better.
