Wow! What an awesome experience… If you’re wondering where the professionalism and expertise went in the mortgage industry went look no further than Ric Harter and the team a Kiel Mortgage. From the first phone call to the last Ric was there to “honestly” answer all my questions and help me to understand what the best loan product was going to be for me and my family’s needs.

So often today when you call a company you get a person you may not understand, who doesn’t understand what it’s like to be a normal person living in the Northwest but Ric does. He not only shares his professional knowledge with you but will also share part of his life with you. From the first phone call to the last he was there to answer my questions and make me feel really good about the entire loan process. The prices were competitive with other companies but no one else I initially talked with came even close to the level of service I received from Ric. It was the same way through the entire process. He always returned my calls and always answered my emails.
