I went here hoping to find a place nearby I could bring my just 2 year old toddler to bounce and let off some energy so he would nap easier. I was highly disappointed with this venue. They say it is for kids under 12, as in, there's no minimum age. Yet they DO NOT LET PARENTS ON THE TOYS, even with very young children! In addition to that, they make you sign a waiver holding them irresponsible for ANYTHING that could happen to your child on their structures. I will definitely NOT be back. I have been to bounce houses with kids I nannied, and was always allowed on. This is just ridiculous, because older kids go crazy knocking toddlers over and pushing past them. When there is an adult or two on the toy at the same time with a young child, usually the older kids behave better in my experience. If I hadn't been watching him like a hawk, he could have gotten badly injured. Not to mention their supervisors are pretty much useless on the weekdays apparently because there is only one or two of them, for quite a few bouncy toys. Not to mention they're just strolling around talking on their walkie talkies to each other and not intervening with the children at all. Several times I had to call out to other people's children trying to get them to pay attention so they didn't knock my kid down, though it still happened. Definitely not worth the risk. I will drive further and pay more to go to a bounce house that allows parents on the toys with the children.
