Fermentation is the latest, greatest trend and we're darned lucky to have this tangy gem in our backyard. Everything is made the old-fashioned way, salt and seasonings nudging veggies into something teeming with probiotics. Love the try-it-before-you-buy-it approach and the knowledgeable staff. All the pickles are puckerrific, but it's the kimchi that keeps me coming back. That and the free shots of pickle juice! Bring your own container and they'll give you a discount.
