I have been going to Ketera Salon since 2003 and the shop only has one stylist who is the owner. So no way did your friends boyfriend work there. The shop is owned and operated by one man. I have had great serivce there for years. My hair has never been healthier. I also know that I have never been pressured to buy anything since the salon sells very few items. I think the other reviewer got it wrong. There has been no one else working in the salon but one man and I am sure that your gilfriend never dated him. I am positive!

I went to keter on the recommendation of a friend who said that her boyfriend works there. I went and I received the worst hair cut I have ever had, and when I went back to get it fixed it was made even worse. I called the owner asking for my money back so that I could go get my hair fixed from another place, but the owner was very rude and aggressive with me and at one point started to yell at me. I have never been treated so poorly by any hair salon before.
Cons: very rude, no skill
