Austin Gutterman recently did a great job of adding some gutters to our house. Their sales person showed up on time, was extremely knowledgable, and showed me all of the options without being pushy. He did a thorough job, and (per my request) gave me a couple of different pricing options, based on the amount of work to be done. Once I settled on materials and amount of guttering to be done, they said it would be about a week and a half until they could come out and perform the installation. Not only did they make it to my house earlier than expected, but they called the day before to let me know that they would be out showed up on time the next day, did all of the work in a single afternoon, and totally cleaned up after themselves. I am seriously impressed with theses guys. The only negative thing I can say about Austin Gutterman is that their prices were a little higher than I'd hoped to pay. But considering how well things turned out and how well they handled every aspect of my job, I feel like it's money well spent. I highly recommend this compnay.

I used Austin Gutterman in 2003 to install gutters, they did a good job though were expensive and didn't clean up all the metal shavings when they finished. I recently used them again to install gutters. Their bid was ridiculously expensive ($500 for a 20 ft fascia board?!) but I wanted the same gutter that was on the rest of my house so went with them (didn't buy the fascia board.) They installed the wrong gutter and downspout. When I called to let them know, the receptionist was patronizing and and said they did what they were supposed to do. I finally got past her to someone who could help, and instead of sending people out to fix it, I had to make another appointment to have the installation evaluated. Now, a week later, after it was agreed the gutter installed was not the right one, the wrong one remains on my house. I haven't heard a word from them. BUT I have gotten one card thanking me for my business, another asking for referrals. Avoid these folks.

The workmen came out and fixed the two problems we discussed. The Gutters look GREAT! Thanks to Austin Gutterman and thanks to the workmen who came out to take care of it.

After almost 4 years of problem free service with your product, it was time to sell our home. The certified inspector representing the buyer found an issue with the gutter that had to be addressed. I believe that the inspector was trying to justify his fee paid by the buyer, but a minor defect was detected. We got in touch with Austin Gutterman regarding this problem and everyone, from the person on the telephone including the tech that made the repair was nice and courteous as can be. Thank you and your staff for handling this matter in such a timely, professional manner and warranting your product. We would absolutely do business with you in the future and recommend you to anyone that needs your service.
