warranty work

At first I was skeptical of this place due to the store front itself. Once inside however I knew these guys had the background and knowledge to perform the maintenance work on my, brand new mind you, 32" LCD panel recently purchased at Circuit City. It took no more than a week but sure enough they were linked in to the manufacturers knowledge base identified the probelm and it was fixed. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my electronics back to these guys in the future.
- Pros: Access to manufacturer KB articles and service manuals
- Cons: shop is a little messy but that shouldn't scare you

Not good service

I have a warranty with Samsung and this tech wanted me to pay extra money for his service. I think this company is "money hungry"

horrible service

I recently had a tech come out to fix my washer from this company and he was beyond the rudest man I ever met. The job he did was horrible, my washer is still leaking, and I had to pay for another tech to come out to my place. Colortronics is by far the worst repair company, do not go here for service!!!!!
