We eat here every couple months and the food is always great. It's amazing how fast your food comes out. The servings are huge and I always need a take home box. The prices are good and there is usually a coupon in the mail for buy one get next meal 1/2 off.

I love love love this place! I'm actually going to have them cater our wedding! The service is awesome and the food?? MMMMMMMMMMMMMM... YUM!

We go there together as a lunch date or with our kids for a family dinner outting. This is a great place to eat at after a long day of shopping at the Super Mall or watching a movie at the theater that is near by like 7 minutes!

I recommend this to everyone that enjoys good mexican food.

• Cons: Cannot think of any that strike.

Nice restaurant in an area where there are not many restaurants to brag about. Decent food, good price, reasonable service, nice atmosphere. Very family friendly.

This is definately the best place to eat in Auburn, and possibly all of the south county. The food is extremely good. It has ot be some of the best Mexican food I'v ehad in the Northwest. The prices for meals are also very reasonable. The biggest feature of Rio Blanco however has to be the service. we never wait to be seated, and we usually don't have to wait more than a couple of minutes before the staff takes our order, and the food arrives just as quickly. And the meal is topped off at the end with delicious sopapillas that come with your bill.
