I have been in there twice, I have had great haircuts and a great fix where I messed up lining out my facial hair, I was not a problem. Everyone there is nice, waiting is the trade off you make for being able to go on the spur of the moment, and I only waited because the person I wanted to cut my hair already had someone in the chair. I highly recommend this place.
