Unprofessional, unreliable and bad notary
by HallwayMonitor
If you visit this store the only employee that seems to know anything is Waco-- unfortunately they have a revolving door of managers and other employees that don't do their job, are rude and unprofessional. Although they advertise notary services, they are intermittent, and do not follow proper procedure and legal requirements-- example Steve insisted on fingerprinting me! When I asked him why (because it's not required) he replied-- "I require it" as if he's some notary czar or something!
Why is some retail store employee requesting my DNA and thumbprint when the Secretary of State doesn't require it? That's a good question that he wouldn't answer, instead he declined helping me because I refused to allow him to fingerprint me. I have since learned that this is against the law!
It's also against notary regulations, since any establishment which offers a notary must accommodate all reasonable requests for services if all requirements are met. They also don't offer certified copies!!
What?!? They're a copy center!!! They should not advertise services that they don't provide, and for this reason they get one star, as I expect more from Kinko's and Fedex. Here's a tip: For a reliable notary use Bellevue Notary or the UPS store across the street, you'll get better service, longer hours and work with knowledgeable people who know what they're doing!
- Pros:
Find plenty of copying, printing and shipping services for everything from business proposals to school projects.

In Short
The ubiquitous copy center has grown over the years into a diverse hub of business resources. Customers can copy and print documents, as well as create business cards, posters, brochures and photos from digital files. FedEx Kinkos also sells packing and shipping supplies and offers a wide array of FedEx shipping services. Many stores even have wireless Internet service and videoconferencing, and all locations have computer stations and CD reproduction services.
Avoid Mish (Misha?) at Bellevue Kinko-employee with terrible customer service
by seattle001
Poor customer service-especially "project manager" Mish (Misha). He really puts the Kinko reputation at risk. Kinko made a mistake on my order (it happens, I understand) and when I called to ask about it, I was placed on hold for 10minutes with no apology. He complained to me, the customer, that he can't find my order on file (obviously he shows lack of patience and skills) and he had difficulty comprehending seven hundred four is 704 (he kept repeating 7-4-0). Being so lazy, he demands what paper I used...shouldn't he know? By the end of the phone call, he was raising his voice/tone and even taking pride in his rude behavior. I have heard about his poor customer service before but I did not expect it to be this bad. If Kinko really cares about their business, they would take necessary actions on Mish.
- Pros: Good parking, connected with Starbucks
- Cons: Poor customer service by certain employees like Mish
Poor customer service

Brusque staff didn't know that simple computer printing tasks could be accomplished and kept insisting the their print shop had to be used. Turned out to be completely inaccurate. Wasted my time and cost me money as I had to experiment with their printer to get it to print properly.
Better training and customer orientation badly needed.
