New ownership = horrible service. We took our Escalade their for a fairly simple service, something we had done several times in the past at the old Cadillac location. Unfortunately, we did not receive the same great service we had before and it's apparent that the new management is out for every dime they can get. Our service rep tried to upsell us on a bunch of useless services and paperwork was essentially forged. When asked to explain services/charges we received a lot of double talk and management was downright rude. We won't be back for service and based on the way we were treated, would certainly not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. Everything about the process from start to finish was shady and that was just for simple maintenance...I can't imagine how they'd be in trying to negotiate a car sale!!

Pros: The Lot attendant was very nice/polite

Cons: everything else - service, management, especially service rep

I would really not recommend this place. We bought a car from them in 1997 and were pretty happy with the purchase as well as the work done there... until the warranty ran out. It was at that point that the guy we were working with in the service department started really pushing it with how much labor he charged for projects and the last straw was when he charged us for five days of labor and didn't even fix the problem. The engine light was coming on and after five days of work in which they had supposedly found the "electrical problem," the engine light came back on on my way out of the parking lot. We took it to a transmission place on the advice of my uncle, who is a mechanic, and they were able to fix the superficial transmission problem for less than $500, incl parts and labor--our service rep at Bellevue Olds/Cadillac hadn't even had his transmission guy look at the thing in those five days we paid for!! When I confronted the guy at Bellevue Olds/Cadillac about it he shrugged his shoulders and said, "that's too bad." Take it from me--take your business elsewhere. Or be prepared to watch hawkishly for any funny business servicing the car once your warranty expires.

Pros: they will pay for a loaner when you need major work done

Cons: watch your back with these guys, they'll swindle you if they can

My dad bought a car here also.. When he test drove the car it was great. When he bought it the next day it want the same car. Was dirty and had a problem with the clutch... He called and complained and they didnt even care since they already had his money... Very rude and not helpful!!! Never Buy a car here.. All they care about is making money and NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.. There needs to be more laws to protect the consumer!!

I went on Memorial Day to purchase a new car. They had the car I have been wanting forever, so I test-drove it and it drove like a dream. The clutch felt brand-new and it was smooth and quiet. When I went to go pick it up the car was dirty, there was over spray all over my car because they painted parts of the car while they were still attached to the car and my clutch was almost completely worn down. I took the car because I didn't want to drive my old car anymore and got halfway home when I realized there was no license plate on my car so I had to turn around and drive back to the shop to get the license plate. I get back on the freeway and the car is all over the road so I'm driving like a drunk. Well the cops thought I was drunk too so I got pulled over for a DUI and had to do a field sobriety test and people were driving past watching while I'm walking the line and touching my nose. After blowing a 0.0 the cops believed my story about the car. I drive the car home after and the check engine light comes on not even 2 hours after I picked the car up at the dealership. They were closed by this time so I decided to take the car back in the morning to have them fix my clutch and get the alignment fixed. It took them 4 days to look at it and tell me they weren't going to fix anything on the car. I sat down with the sales manager, Rich, and he told me that legally he couldn't do anymore free work on my car and he assured me that noone in his company ruined my clutch and he was as puzzled as I was about it. He was very rude to me and kept looking at his watch like I was wasting his time. I took the car and didn't even make it home with my clutch. I was stuck on the side of 405 waiting for AAA to come and pick up my car. I called to leave a message for the sales guy I bought the car from and the guy that answered the phone, Rob, couldn't figure out how to send me to voice mail. He was also very rude to me.

Cons: Horrible service, not willing to work with me, painted my bumper while still on car, bumper is now different color than car.

The folks at BOC truly care about people, and they go the extra mile! No matter what kind of car you want or have, they can and WILL help you! I always feel special when I am there. From the lattes to the car wash, there is always something extra. THANK YOU!
