What this man is doing to his customers is illegal!I cannot understand how this man is still in business in Bellevue! Hopefully more and more people will report him and put him out of business! He preys on people who negelct to get a quote in writing and then jacks up the prices if you want your garments back. .... go somewhere else...anywhere!
