Best breakfast and lunch EVER!

Mr. Gilbert has created an incredible experience at his restaurant. It is full of ambience and just plain good food! But the best thing about it is the personal touch that he himself brings to the establishment. He is the KING of customer service!

Annoying

I've been to Gilberts numerous times. The owner of the store is awesome! However, the manager christina is never organized and can't keep her orders straight (very unfriendly). expect to get your food first and your drink ten mins later or they might even forget about your drink altogether...

Great Sandwich

I'm visitng from Colorado and asked the hotel staff where I could get a bite to eat. They recommended this place nearby called Gilbert's so I headed that way. Not being too adventurous about my food I ordered a simple roast beef sandwich. It was so packed with beef I could barely hold it. Being a carnivore, I really enjoyed the meat with just enough "other stuff" to help it go down.

The people were friendly and I hope to get breakfast there before I leave (I hear it's great).

The best Deli in the Puget Sound area!

I have been searching for an authentic Deli like the ones in New York City for years in Seattle. Cannot believe it is in Bellevue. Gilbert's pastrami and corned beef with Russian Dressing and cole slaw is just like Broadway. Very, very good. Great feeling place too!

Favorite Lunch Place in Bellevue!

This is the best place for soups, sandwiches, and salads in Bellevue hands down.

The owner Steve Gilbert does a great job at taking great care of his customers.

I've taken a wide variety of friends and co-workers here and every single one of them has been impressed with the excellent service and great food!

The Best Breakfast/ Lunch Place on the Eastside

Great food, good service. Great experience. I had the chef suprise me with lunch and he whipped up one of the best lunches I have ever ate.

Great find!

I've been to Gilberts on Main a couple of times and each time has been great. The food there is so good and the portion sizes are huge! Also, the owner is just about the nicest guy you will ever meet. I cannot recommend this place to enough people or say enough good things about it!
