Unbelievable. I have been going to Burgermaster for years now. However, I was extremely disappointed the last time I was there. I waited for over 15 minutes until a server finally approached me. On top of that, there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. A server walked past my car several times, but didn't bother to approach me and tell me that they would be with me in a little while. Another car had been there before me because his lights were still on when I got there. After many failed attempts, he left without eating. I was pretty irritated because that was the worst service I had ever had at Burgermaster. Usually they are pretty good about attending to people who are ready to order in a timely manner. I know I won't be going back to that Burgermaster.

One of the best burgers in town.. The burgers are just so juicy and greasy. I love it. A burger is not meant to be dry and overcooked -- and you'll get none of that here. You can pretty much eat it without chewing.

I LOVE Burgermaster!!. Best burgers, fries and shakes in the greater Seattle area! All (well, almost) the waiters are really nice, too. :)

decent burgers, bad service. I am from Cal and grew up with IN-AND-OUT burgers (THE best in the world.) and was happy to find Burgermaster when I moved up here. BM is the best of the rest, not awesome but surely the best you can get in the Pacific NW.

BUT: Sometimes, the service is questionable at best, probably because of the temperatures, the waiters have to endure during winter months AND food quality is very inconsistent: every other time I go there (once-twice a week) fries are overdone or the burger is just a sloppy ugly something. Today (and thats the reason why I am writing) my burger came with onions and the meat!!! NO TOMATO, no nothing!!! OMG!

Up here, I would still recommend it to people who just cannot resist burgers but I also recommend improving management/service.

best burger in washington fast fun service. i have worked at burgermaster for five plus years and it is my first real job. the best part about my job is all you customers, you guys make coming to work fun and new and exciting everyday . i want to apologize to all of you patrons that have come in on a super busy day and had to wait around with your lights on for us to get a chance to get to you and for those who have noticed our prices just went up again. just a helpjul hint you can call in your order during our busiest hours 12 to 2 at 424-827-9566 about ten to fifteen minutes before you are ready to pick it up and then just find a spot and come in to claim it no lines no wait. we look forward to serving you soon sincerely yours

This 1950s-style chain delivers outstanding burgers and shakes via car hop--no hot rod required.. The Scene
Convenience and nostalgia piled on a bun and smothered in secret sauce. Baby-boomers bring their kids (and grandkids) to experience that car-service drive-in chain of yore that they've heard about, but probably thought expired in the Jurassic era. Sure, this version lacks the roller skates, but the window-mounted trays fit as well on the door of an SUV as they did on Grandpa's old Buick.

The Food
Burgers, fries and apple pies are all worth munching--as is the berry shake so thick a spoon stands up in it with ease. Crispy fries and batter-dipped thick-cut onion rings make dandy sides to grilled burgers (don't forget that thick slice of gooey American cheese). Non-carnivores can opt for veggie burgers and sweet tooths will be satisfied with a square slab of buttery apple pie, excellent with a generous serving of real vanilla ice cream.

I forgot how good it was!. It had been almost a year since I had been to Burgermaster, but yesterday my husband and I had lunch there. It was a gorgeous spring day and the place was packed at lunch hour, but we found a spot! The burgers were better than I remembered - substantial, juicy, loaded with tomato slices, pickles, cheese, onion, and sauce/mayo? I usually favor fat fries, but Burgermaster's thin, perfectly crisp fries were terrific and seasoned just enough.

I ordered the combo (burger, fries and drink) and it was more than I could finish - for around $6-$7. I will definitely have to go back sooner!

We love Burgermaster !. One of the things my wife and I miss, since moving to Las Vegas, is Burgermaster ! We went there almost every month, at least once to enjoy the greatest burger in Washington ! Had been going there for burgers ever since high school. Others come and go, but Burgermaster survives...as well they should ! (Hey guys, ever think of opening a Burgermaster in Las Vegas ?) When we come back to Washington for vacation, it will definitely include a visit to Burgermaster.
