Finally, a group of framers that know what heck they're doing and I've tried several. Knowledgeable and courteous employees who were willing to go far beyond the ordinary to make my artwork stand out. They have this computer program that took a photograph of my painting with a mat and frame corner sample, and showed me on their computer monitor what it would look like when it was done. WOW! That is COOL! No guessing involved. They also have a HUGE selection of framed mirrors; probably the best there is. They were busy the first time I went in and the store was a little messy, but I think it was because they'll pull down every frame sample they have (and they have a LOT) to get it right. When I picked up my art, the store was clean and the samples put away. I tell you what, when it comes to framing, there's no place else. I give them the highest rating. By the way, they changed the store name to "New Dimensions Frame & Gallery", so don't go looking for Dimensions Design Center.

Pros: Huge selection, knowledgeable employees, easy parking. Try the picture it program. It's unreal!

Cons: They can get busy and the store can get a little messy. Don't let that fool you, they know their stuff.

went in to consider framing of artwork, but did not bring in artwork. The place was a mess. framing samples were all over. poor lighting. framing tables and frame samples should be at front of store where there is ample and great light from the windows. Instead everything important is at back of store and cluttered. Areas of framed artwork on display at front of store are sparse and insignificant; worthless. Too bad they haven't figured the layout of the shop corectly. Don't know if they frame well. Not interested in trying. Store was set up lousy.

Pros: maybe they frame well; didn't try

Cons: store was a mess/cluttered

Finally I've found a place where I can not only buy high end mirrors and fine art, but they actually have them in stock. They even allowed my interior designer and I in after hours when we couldn't make it during normal hours. Great job!

Pros: Mirrors, Fine Art, Custom Framing
