I visited Salon Bellezza yesterday for the first time and found my experience to be so outstanding that I felt compelled to tell others. From the moment I walked in the door and was met by the smiling receptionist, I felt instantly welcomed and excited to meet my new stylist. My stylist was very accommodating to my interests and needs. She was able to take the idea I had in my mind/from a picture, and made it work for me. One of my favorite aspects of Salon Bellezza is the atmosphere. Everyone is so talkative, the background music is great and even the art on the walls is interesting and fun. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a place to go. I will definitely be returning to Salon Bellezza for all of my hair needs (and waxing needs too!)

After "shopping" around Seattle and Bellevue for a great haircut and great color (both from the same person -- not an easy task), I have found James at Salon Bellezza. James is extremely knowledgeable about cutting and coloring. He spent a lot of time with me explaining the nuances of blue/yellow-based color, and he explained how my current hair was yellow-based when my skintone is actually blue-based. He designed an appropriately blue-based all over color with foils to lighten it up. It is terrific. I have never had a color so flattering to my skin tone. I have extremely straight hair and so it is really difficult to get a cut that doesn't leave my hair looking limp. James practices precision cutting techniques, and this technique has made my hair look a lot less straight somehow. I don't really know how to explain it. It just looks good. He also told me that he was undercutting so that I would have layers with plenty of body in the lower layers which enabled longer layers on the top. My hair is doing exactly what he said it would. Another thing about James was that he took the time to educate me on how to style my hair. No one has ever done that for me before. I follow his instructions at home and I get the style I like. He told me which products I should use, but he didn't pressure me to buy anything. Salon Bellezza uses Bumble and Bumble, which I have used and liked before, but I hadn't used the shampoo and conditioner that he had suggested. His recommendation was spot on. The Salon itself is very nice and is luxurious without being pretentious. I enjoyed my time there and felt very relaxed. Everyone seemed friendly, and all the clients seemed happy and satisfied. I think there can't be anyone better than James. His knowledge, skill, and enthusiam for his art (and that is what it is to him, art) will leave you with a great hairstyle and color and the knowledge to keep it looking that way. Thanks James. I'll be back.

I recently had my hair colored at Salon Bellezza and I absolutely love it!!! I didn't even leave with the perma-color hairline. The stylists all seemed very knowledgable and they interacted well with one another. It was a very inviting environment and I didn't feel intimidated when I went in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They also use Bumble and bumble and have been trained the academy! Amazing products and amazing stylists.

I have only found one stylist, Jason, that knows how to effectively color my stubborn grey hair with the best products. Being a business owner, I have to look professional, & because of Jason's expertise in color, cut, & styling, I feel confident that I will look my best for all occasions. Jason is so knowledgeable about Bumble&bumble products, that it's as if he created them, himself. Who knew that hair could look & feel fuller by cutting some off? Amazing! This salon is in the heart of the city, yet appears less hectic because it is near an aesthetically pleasing miniature park filled with calming greenery.

I am new in town & desperately needed a cut & color. After considering flying home for an appointment with my stylist of 5 years, I got real & checked citysearch. I called the salon on Wednesday & was able to get a Friday appointment. I saw Katie, and she was fantastic. She listened to what I had to say, offered advice & ideas, and ultimately gave me a great foil highlight & cut. Also, another gal shampooed my hair & gave me a divine scalp massage. The salon is very well kept, has friendly staff & I will definitely be back. Plus: They validate your parking for 2 hours.

Pros: Excellent service & final product

Cons: Pricey

Jason just cut and colored my hair on Monday, He is a Master! I have been to many high end salons and never had this good of a result, I am hooked and will never go anywhere else to get my hair done!

Having been to many salons, when I found Salon Bellezza I knew that it was the place for me. It was recommended to me by my sister, who had been referred there by someone else. I have been going there for several years now and have been nothing but happy. Jennifer has been coloring my hair the whole time and she is so talented. I receive so many compliments every time that she colors my hair, no matter what shade/style we try out. The whole staff is very friendly and well educated. They are always up on the current trends and styles. I would highly reccomend the salon and Jennifer in particular to everyone.

I have been going to Salon Bellezza for 10 or so years and wouldn't go anywhere else. the designers stay current by constantly getting trained by places like bumble and bumble. they are repeatedly named best salon on the east side. you can't leave there without looking and feeling great. people come from all over to go to the Salon for a good reason. AND for the busy professional there's free wi-fi! In addition, they have great selection of products if you need anything - but never pressure you to buy - but they will consult with you on what's best for your hair if you want.

Pros: Free wi-fi, caliber of stylists, very current with styles, trends

Being middle ages, I wanted something in but not too outgoing. I got James, and he seemed to listen to everything I said. He gave me a perfect color (that looked natural), and a great cut (not too wild, but fashionable to my face!).

Pros: from the receptionist to the stylist they made you feel at home. He even gave me tea while I was waiting for my color to set in! No waiting at all!

Cons: perfect from arrival to finish!

I have never had a better experience at a salon! My haircut was amazing and I don't think I have ever looked better. They are wizards!
