Some problems - made right.

There was some confusion regarding their policy of renting for only half a day unless you make clear that you want the truck for 24 hours, so it was due back sooner than I had planned. However, management made special efforts to compensate for the inconvenience.

• Pros: Management concern with customer satisfaction.
• Cons: Poor communication regarding scheduling.
