I went to multiple bodyshops to get a small dent(caused in the windstorm) repaired on my Lexus and was blown away by the high prices. A friend recommended me to call the Dent Wizard. I went to their conveinient Bellevue location and recieved a free estimate. I tried calling some of the other companies that offer similiar services but of the ones that actually answered or returned my call, none of them had a shop that I could take it to and I was not comfortable having them come to me. After considering my options, I made an appointment with the Dent Wizard and had the repairs done. The staff was very proffessional and accommidating. I left my car with them for about an hour and took my daughter to lunch. By the time we were done, the repair was done. The repair was better than I had ever imagined it could be. I was amazed that it did not need to be repainted. I hope I never get another dent, but if I do I will definatly use Dent Wizard again.
Pros: Thorough explanation of estimate and guaranteed quality of repair.
Cons: Had to drive to Bellevue but well worth it.
