I have been to Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, and countless others in California and Florida. This place would do SO WELL if they went there. They are among the world class grooming establishments I've been to. They not only know how to do the cut I asked for, they did more than any other place I've been to--and it was included in the price. I never write, but when I found them online, I decided to give them the accolades they deserve. Definitely worth a try, and yes, they are worth the price.

Mr. Lee, We completed a thorough review and interview of all employees and customers, present during drop-off, process, and pick-up of your dog "Champ". Due to the sensitivity of Champ to the grooming process, we gave him what we call "expedited" grooming service at no charge. We performed all services--from start to finish--so your pet was returned in the shortest amount of time possible. Since Champ does not like to be "force dried", immediately after his nails, ears, pads, etc. were done--he was bathed, conditioned and rinsed--we placed him in our SUPERVISED RECIRCULATION dryer in the main grooming area which eliminated any unsupervised activity. At no time, was Champ unsupervised, nor did he have the opportunity to jump from any tall or high object to inflict such an injury as you described. We are deeply concerned about Champ's welfare and simply cannot explain nor understand how any injury could have occurred during his visit given a review of all the information available. However, this does not detract from your distress about him, and we greatly empathize. This is our 12th year in Bellevue, and never have we had such an occurrence in grooming over 12,000 animals. We have 6,000 regular clients that can verify we take all available precautions. We have been singled out by King County Animal Control, Seattle P-I, Evening Magazine, the Humane Society, Canine Companions for Independence and many other organizations for having one of the safest, cleanest, state-of-the-art facilities. We try very hard to accommodate the special needs of our clients, and their loved companions within every limit of our ability to do so. Please accept our appreciation for letting us know of your concerns, we are simply at a loss of how such an occurrence could have happened. I searched the web to find the best grooming here in bellevue for my dog. This place received the most accolades and therefore I had to give it a shot. The first two visit where fine. On the third visit, we were handed back our puppy and we put him on the car. Back at the house, we put him on the ground to put his leash on and discover he was strangely favoring his hind leg. We visited the vet and was given the diagnosis of a avulsion fracture. I understand completely puppies can be active especially when getting baths. However to sustain such a trauma and not coming forward with it is simply incomprehensible. I am dismayed with such outright negligence and would not recommend this place.

So I have a very long haired orange cat who, I think, is absolutely beautiful. He is not a tabby as his markings are perfect like an exotic animal. I was very skeptical to have his hair cut. I took him to the groomingSPA in Bellevue and sat nervously waiting for them to call to retrieve my cat. And when I picked him up, I was AMAZED. He looks sooooo beautiful. It was exactly what I asked them to do and exactly what I wanted. My cat has never looked better and he definately has a new strut. Thank you sooo much. And you should ABSOLUTELY take your pet to this place!!! They are FANTASTIC!

We can't praise this place enough. Their staff were excellent, the prices were great and they did a fabulous job! We adopted two doggies from the KC Animal Shelter who were in dire need of grooming. I sent an email at 11pm at night asking about appointments. I was AMAZED to get a response at 11:30pm to my email and then they were kind enough to work them in the next day. No one else was willing to get us in for over a week! Their staff was so friendly and treated the dogs very well. I appreciated the filtered air and lack of doggie smell as I'm allergic to most breeds. It's a truly wonderful place.

Pros: Easy access, good parking, nice environment to walk into, friendly staff.

Cons: None

If you want to be overcharged, for basically below Petsmart standard groom job, this is the place. I have gone to numerous pet groomers, this one is the most expensive and the least rewarding for my dog. Thanks for nothing.

Pros: Environment for owner

Cons: Value, groom job....the list goes on

We had been searching a best grooming place for our teacup Maltese, Jumbo for while and we found the Grooming Spa. The first impression was the store is clean, bright, and It doesn't smell like others. I also like their variety of services. And I have to give them an A+ on the customer service. When we picked up Jumbo, he had the cutest hair style that he ever had. Thank you the Grooming Spa and Gretchen so much for taking such a good care of our baby. We will definitely go back.

Great place to get your pets groomed, and the staff is very friendly. Prices are reasonalbe. Timing is a couple hours.

I have tried just about all the groomers out there and these people finally got my business. I moved here from out of state a few years ago and have been very frustrated at trying to find a QUALITY grooming place. Well mission accomplished when I walked into the Grooming Spa in Bellevue. They took the time to find out EXACTLY what I wanted my doggie to look like and took the time to explain the MANY different options they have available. I got his teeth done, bath, haircut, nail file, some toys, and ONE HAPPY DOG on the way home. HE WAS NOT TRAUMATIZED at all, unlike many other places I've been. Check this place out before going to the OLD SCHOOL groomers all over town.

Pros: Superbly clean, educated, well-informed staff

Cons: Couldn't really come up with any.

I have been going to the Grooming Spa for over 10 years. They have taken care of multiple dogs of mine and are "THE EXPERTS" in my opinion. Their bath treatments include all of the things other stores sometimes charge extra for, like nails, rear glands (yuk!) and ear cleaning. Their haircuts resemble Gene Juarez for dogs! Don't take your dog anywhere else. These people are known throughout Microsoft as the best in the business. When my first dog passed away a few years ago, they were SOOO suportive. They really made me feel they REALLY cared and I wasn't just another customer. I will never take my dogs anywhere else...EVER!

Pros: Location, Staff Knowledge, Customer Service

Cons: Sometimes a little more expensive, BUT WORTH IT!
