Cons: poor customer service, sloppy finish work

Customer is very hard to satisfy...

Homeowner was 100% satisfied with Best Choice Home Improvements, Inc until she decided to change her mind after job was complete and all work was done… Homeowner decided that the vent size in her window weren’t to her specifications after she singed the written contract with measurements on it… Homeowner got into an argument with a sales person, wanting to change the vent size in her window after they were installed…
To avoid the customer un-satisfaction, owner of the company had to bend over backwards and replaced that window “free of charge” for the homeowner… Unfortunately, homeowner was still NOT happy for whatever reason; it took couple of phone calls from the owner of the company to collect the final payment on the job… Also, the customer never mentioned anything about wrong size windows to our service dept…
Best Choice Home Improvements, Inc installation crew is second to non in home improvement industry… Best Choice trains their installation crew from bottom up and evaluates
