Best Burgers in Bellevue
by whitesg
I just moved to seattle and Im used to burgers from In and Out and Culvers and I've been to wibbleys twice and love their burgers. The burgers are cooked to perfection and they always have this grilled crisp to the burger. Fries were hot and fresh. Atmosphere is dinerish. This beats all fast food burgers and Kidd Valley.
- Pros: burgers
- Cons: chairs
Great Veggie Burgers Too
by skysirn
All the positive reviews here have been spot on. To boot, as a vegetarian I immensely enjoy their vegetarian option, which can be slapped onto any of their varieties. Try it with the Teriyaki burger. The fries are that perfect mix of crispy exterior and soft interior that we all look for. The people who work there are super friendly and the place is clean. Easily my favorite burger joint. The only caveat? They don't accept credit cards, so be sure to bring cash. Bring cash. It's worth the trip to the ATM!
- Pros: Great veggie option, amazing fries, superior service
- Cons: Busy during lunch, no credit cards accepted
Good flavor
by schlammbad
Although Wibbley's hamburgers are made with the pervasive factory-made thin patties that we see everywhere, and the bun is just the basic sesame seed-topped variety, the burgers do seem to have a good flavor and decent level of juiciness, and I have to give them credit for that. I suspect this is because they know how to use seasoning properly and have a decent grill. And, although the milkshakes are just cranked out from the soft serve machine against the wall, they've gotten something right with the flavor there as well. I know many people who love Wibbley's and I'm fairly fond of them myself. Be warned, however, if you go during lunch, expect difficulties in getting a table. Wibbley's is not a large place and they are very popular.
- Pros: Good flavors and friendly staff
- Cons: Limited seating during busy times
Lives up to its reputation
by zot79
The burgers are big and juicy and taste just like they came off your backyard grill, with plenty of fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The fries are crispy and tender and not even close to being greasy. The shakes are thick and yummy (but not too thick).
- Pros: food, service, value
- Cons: location, dark interior
Only burger place I frequent
by aries88666
Mmmmmmm. I couldn't cook them better myself using quality ground beef on my grill. They do an excellent job with the burgers and fresh vegetables. Friendly staff, good price and great food. What more can you ask when out for a burger and fries...
- Pros: Everything's good
- Cons: Stay away from fish burger (just average), Closed on Sunday
Best Burger and Fries
by kwhittenberger
Absolutely the best burger and fries out here. The fries are cooked perfectly, and the burger is as good as anywhere else.
fab burgers & shakes, great friendly staff

I go to Wibbley's for excellent mushroom burgers and thick blackberry shakes. I almost always can't resist a half order of fries to go with them. The staff treats people like family and is always smiling.
Great Burgers!

Only thing missing is cheddar and chairs or stools that have backs on them! Get it to go. Yummy!
Thick fries and fancy burgers for the Eastside lunch crowd.

In Short
Wibbley's jumps at lunch, with omnivorous Microsofties choosing among numerous above-average burgers. Faced with a full order of fat-cut, skin-on fries alongside a smooth shake topped by a long squirt of whipped cream, who needs a burger? Everyone orders one anyway at this spotless little joint, which affects a vaguely British accent to go with its hunter-green wainscoting, dark floor and ceiling, and walls decorated with prints of sailing ships.
Best burger in the area

I've been going to Wibbley's for a few years now, and their food has been consistent and great. Both the hamburgers and chicken burgers are exceptionally tasty, the fries tasty and fresh, and the shakes are outstanding (try the mocha shake). My only complaint is that there are only stools to sit on (no booths or chairs), and they are not open on Saturday evenings or Sundays!
- Pros: Great burgers, Great shakes, Great fries
- Cons: , Limited weekend hours
