These guys go the extra mile for you!

I can't tell you how many people I've recommended to Lakeside Collision. When you've got a car that you really love and care about and want to have it back to like it was before things went wrong these guys are the people to see.

They do it at a very fair price, with expert skill and get your car back to you so fast you won't even remember anything happened.

My Mustang GT California Special was keyed on over 90% of the car and they had her repaired, painted like new and back on the road in 4 days! 4 DAYS!!! And this was in the middle of a heavy snow week with cars piling up left and right.

They also went the extra mile to repair scratches under my bumper for free (from parking). And they work with your insurance to get it all settled out so you don't have to worry about that.

You just show up, drop off the keys and get your car back like new.

• Cons: NONE! Ok well.. how about they don't do it for free :P

talk about Fast, Efficient and Quality work!

I drive a lifted Chevy Colorado (2006), got into a car accident where it needed Plenty of frame work along with body. they needed to order specialty lifted parts and they got the job done very quick, and now it drives as good as it did. Can't even tell i was in an accident.

I recomend this shop to anyone and everyone with vehicle problems. Come to this shop and see Josh.

Great place to take your vehicle for the best work!

This is the place to take your car if you want it back quickly and looking better than new! I took my BMW Z3 into the shop twice in two months (neither accident my fault!!) and both times Brent had my car in the shop quickly and the work done ahead of schedule! The guys re-did the whole front end (full repair and paint) and it looks and runs perfect! Brent is always helpful and will take care of any small details you require to make the experience painless! I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

Highly recommend Lakeside Collision

Extremely impressed! I saw the great reviews online, which brought me in, and I can say that they more than lived up to what I read. I have a 350z, and treat it like a baby, so it was really important to me that the collision center i went to would do the same.

From first stepping in the door, I was really pleased with how friendly and courteous the staff was. Brent explained the details of what needed to be done, and I expressed my concerns (basically, i wanted my car to look new again). He took me in the shop, and he had the same model car in process of being repaired. I felt very confident in Lakeside Collision after this. Not only that, he thanked me for stopping by (no other collision shop I had been to had been like that)

Also, Brent took care of handling details with the insurance company. He had taken pictures on my first visit and sent that, plus the quote to the insurance company. He arranged for the rental car company to pick me up , which was really convenient. It was nice to not have to worry about those details.

When I got my car back, it looked like new - you couldn't tell a difference. I inspected it thoroughly. Not only was the repair work superb, but they had taken the time to wash and detail the car - i was pleasantly surprisd that the inside was vacuumed.. It wasn't just fixed - it felt like I was driving it off the dealer's lot again.

Overall my impression was that Brent & the people at Lakeside are friendly, honest, professional, and put the customer first. I would highly recommend Lakeside Collision Center and if I ever need any bodywork in the future will definitely go back there.

Great Customer Service and Awesome Job

My Jeep Grand Cheroke's drivers side door was heavily damaged(not able to close the door). After taking it to Lakeside Collision Center Brent honestly told me that I need to replace the door and he pointed me where to get it with a cheaper price then they get it fixed like a NEW which literally could have costed me upto a 1000 dollars but I get it all problems fixed with less than 300 bucks (which includes the door from the junk yard).

The customer service is a plus and I honestly want to thank lakeside for their great service and awesome job and I personally recommend to anyone to go to Lakeside Collision Center 'cause I have talked to the other collision repair centers in Bellevue and what Lakeside offers interms of quality and price is the BEST.

Great work, great service, great experiance!

I have gone to Lakeside Collision twice in the past 6 months and both experiences have been top notch. I did not use insurance the first time, so it was a pretty simple in and out deal, but they did great work (fixed a dent and paint scratches) and finished they job when they said it would be done.

In my 2nd time using Lakeside I went through my insurance company to get the repairs done. Brent @ Lakeside was very helpful in getting everything lined up with the insurance company, rental car, etc, and again, the body work was great...looks good as new.

I highly recommend using Lakeside collision for any body work you need. Their customer service is as good as you could ask for, they provide competitive estimates (and stick to those estimates), and their work is immaculate!

Great Service

Brent was a cool guy, I contact him first via Email for estmate and bought my own parts (front and rear bumper), and they paint it and installed on my ML430!

Very professional and they also give me a ride from the shop to my office and picked up when it was done!

Recommand shop to everyone!

Best Customer Service, Immaculate repairs!!!

My car had $4,000 in damages and they estimated a week for repairs and had it done in 4 days. Everyone I talked to at AAA Lakeside Collision Center on Bel-Red Rd. was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Brent was great, he called our insurance adjuster and informed him that there was additional damages not visible to the estimator who looked at our car. He took pictures of the damage and took care of all the additional charges with our insurance company directly. When my car was done, someone came and picked me up at home and took me to retrieve my car. I can't say enought good things about AAA Lakeside Collision Center in Bellevue, Wa.

There is another business that goes by Lakeside Collision Center and they are in Kirkland, they are NOT owned by the same person. I have not heard very good things about them -- So go to the AAA Lakeside Collision Center on Bel-Red Road. YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY THAT YOU DID!!!

Best place to go to get your car fixed up like new!

This is the second time we needed collision repair on our Honda Odyssey. Our van was hit while we were parked at our kid's school.

Lakeside took care of everything - towing and all the repairs. The damage was quite extensive - the force of the impact even shoved the opposite wheel into the curb.

It is comforting to know that the stuff you don't see was given as much TLC as the damage you did see. Lakeside went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect.

Also, Honda makes the external door panels with High Strength Steel. When damaged, they can be pounded out and look nice, but they will not be as structurally sound. Lakeside took the extra step of replacing the panels with new ones. Since my wife and kids are on that side, it is nice to know that Lakeside will take the time to do it right and protect my family.

By the way, the van looks beautiful. You would never know it had been damaged at all. They even cleaned the inside for us (it had been muddy from camping in the rain the weekend before and we had not had a chance to vacuum it out).

Thanks Chuck, Brent, and crew. The van looks and runs great!!!

We had a fender-bender with our brand new Honda Odyssey a while back. Lakeside took complete care of everything.

They excelled in:

- Customer service. We were treated extremely well. They invited us back to the work area any time we wanted to see the progress. They walked us through the entire process and answered every question we asked - and they answered them with sincerity, not like they were wasting their time.

- Quality of workmanship. When I went to pick it up, I honestly could not tell where the damage had been. The work was flawless.

- On time. I got the van back exactly when they said it would be finished.

I give Lakeside the highest recommendation. I have taken cars to other places that said they were "customer friendly" and came away disappointed every time. I also found out that some of the other companies were only busy because their family owned a dealership and just referred all their business to their family's shop.

Do your homework on where to take your car - just make sure you include Lakeside in your search. You will not be disappointed.

This Place Is Awesome

I found this place through Triple A. I went in just to obtain a quote. They got me in immediately AND since my issue was minor, he actually fixed it for free! Everyone was super nice and out going...and they have a nice waiting area-I would definitely go back, although I hope I don't have to any time soon.
