Great service at affordable prices

My car had some damage in the back, mainly on the left taillight. I brought my car to the lakeside collison center yesterday for an estimate and got it fixed today. Very satisfied with the service, warm, responsive, efficient and honest. And the price is very reasonable. I strongly recommend it!

Good work, Good price. Good guys

Took my car to 4 places around Bellevue for body work. Lakeside beat all of them by around $200 on a $1500 job. They explained what was being done to my car and why this and that part is needed and what costs what. They made their schedules open and got the work done when it needed to be done.

2 weeks after having the original body work done, a random car rolled down the street and crashed into my bumber. Went right back to Lakeside and they got me in quick and took care of all the payments from the responsible party and rental car. I did nothing but drop my car off and pick it up.

When you pick your car up, it will be nicely cleaned and washed inside and out. You might even get some tamales.

Mini Repair

Crunched the back bumper on my Mini. Went to Lakeside and got an estimate. Checked out a few others and Lakesides price was near the lowest.

I asked if they could paint the intercooler cover since they had to mix the paint for the bumper anyway. No problem.

My Mini was ready sooner than expected and the quality was great. No surprises. And the intercooler looks "cool".

Brent was easy to work with, even though he was busy. He took the time to really look over the options on the repair. Will use them again if I can't stay out of trouble...........

Great Customer Service, Attention to Details

I was planning to buy a used BMW and while looking it over at the dealership noticed scratches on the bolts holding the front bumper on. Concerned that this may have been the result of a crash, I called Lakeside to arrange an appointment to have them check the front end out.

I called and spoke with Nicole explaining I was looking at purchasing a car which might have had front end damage. Knowing I'd be under time constraints from the dealership, she told me to call the next day with the time I could drop it off and they would inspect it as quickly as possible. They even offered to drive me back to work (Past Issaquah) if it was going to take them more than an hour to fit it in.

I dropped it off the next day and the manager went and checked the car out right when I got there. After he was done, he told me what he had found: The front bumper had been repainted, but wasn't damaged. It was most likely just to clean it up to sell it. However, he did find the evidence of a side impact collision repair that I would never have noticed.

I was surprised as I had looked the car over meticulously and hadn't noticed anything, but then he took me outside and showed me what to look for when checking for repair work.

To me the repair work looked great, but Brent showed me each of the minute details that the previous autobody shop had overlooked.

Knowing that Lakeside notices details like that made it certain that I will bring my car there if I have collision damage to repair.

The cleanest my truck has been since I bought it

Thanks to some kids throwing rocks, I got home one day to find the driver's window shattered. My wife knows the owner so I decided to take it to Lakeside. The new window looks great and works like new.

I didn't bother to get a quote at the Ford dealer but I have no doubt it would have cost much more there.

But, I haven't told you the best part yet. When I got the truck back, not only was all the dirt/dust/grime gone but the interior looked like it just came out of the showroom. That was totally unexpected but with that customer service, I'm hooked!

AMAZING service & work

I came across Lakeside Collission Center after a disappointing estimate appointment at Precision Collission in Bellevue. After checking the raving reviews on Google, I called to set up an appointment. I think it was Tom that answered the phone and said "you don't need an appointment, just stop on by and we'll take care of you!" I liked this.

The next day I came into the shop to get an estimate (I was rear-ended and my SUV had bumper damage). Brent, the manager, quickly took care of me after finishing up with another client. There was absolutely no pressure to fix my car here, but I did. Brent got on the phone while I was there, and spent several minutes calling around and finding all the parts he needed to get the work done. I liked this too.

The next day I dropped of my car and again, everything went smoothly. Brent called a rental car company and they picked me up and placed me in a rental car. A couple of days later, my car was fixed and it looks brand new!

Having this accident has been very stressful, but finding Brent and Lakeside Collission has been amazing. They made this time in my life better by treating me with respect and honesty, watching out for my best interests, and making sure everything (work, rental, payment by other party) went smoothly.

Outstanding Customer Serivce Tops All Others

As a lady, I can honestly say that I will not go to any other shop except for this one. I have taken my car here three times already, but my most memorable experience was when I hit a cow on I5 and totalled my Mercedes. I was so shaken up the next day when I called Brent on the phone. He immediately asked me where my car was towed to and as soon as I gave him the towing information, he said not to worry about anything and he will take care of it. You cannot imagine how I felt at that moment when I was in pain and knowing that he just took the entire burden of my car off my shoulders. He even went as far as helping me with understanding how the Insurance companies work and not to let them bully me into signing anything. The fact that he took the time to explain this to me, when clearly, he had nothing to gain....shows me how much he and the entire shop truly cares about their customers! Please know that I will only deal with this shop and would encourage anyone out there who truly wants to be treated with the best customer serivce to come here and have them take care of you! Thank you Brent and all the guys at Lakeside! You guys are the best!!!

Quality Work

I brought my car in to Lakeside after researching on the internet. The shops my insurance co recommended had various bad reviews, so I went with Lakeside Collision Center, who I found out, is not contracted with "any" insurance co. They work for the customer, NOT the Insurance Co.! They did a fabulous job. I was so impressed! I had some previous body work done 2 years ago by another shop in Bellevue, and they did a terrible job. After showing Lakeside this, and commiserating about their shoddy workmanship, they told me they could fix this as well. And they did a beautiful job. They really do work hard for the customer. I will never take my car any place else!
