I am extremely obliged & amazed by the quality of service. My first experience was in early,07 when I was backing off and ran into another car. Though my car was almost fine, but the metallic flip (just above bumper) of the other car was quite badly damaged. We got crazy estimates by others. I appreciate the workshop manager refusing to even look at other workshop estimates & providing his own un-biased figure which was almost 1/3rd of others. My review doesn’t end here and I really want to highlight that how amazed I was when I looked at quality of repairs. They definitely have an eye of detail and there was absolutely no sign of repair/accident or any differences when comparing repaired bumper flip with another. The workshop was even decent enough to clean car from outside making it beautiful looking by polishing the tires as a courtesy. The next time was when my wife ran the car into a tree and it (including engine) was badly damaged. The lakeside collision was extremely honest in telling us that it is risky to fix the car as it may result into engine issues in the future. I got its value totaled off from insurance. I have never had such a great experience where someone is being so honest at the cost of losing business. Also, the workshop manager was extremely helpful in providing all the insights and expert guidance. This was really valuable for me, specifically, given the fact I was new to US. Inspite of the fact that this was of no business value to the workshop this time, the manager courteously accepted to help me with a detailed vehicle body inspection while I was buying another Camry, 02. I was blown off. When I look back a month ago - the only best decision that I took was to take my car to this workshop and almost rest everything was taken care of. Looking at the two experiences above, I would refer Lakeside Collision for rest of my life, to anyone whom I know for their honesty, integrity, on-time delivery, quality and an extremely economic model.
