I lived at Overlook at Lakemont for about a yr and a half. I wouldn't recommend it for three reasons: 1. They charged me more than $1200 damage to the apartment when I moved out even tho we had paid a $200 pet fee when we moved in. We had one small cat, who had only one hairball, but apparently that was enough for them to replace the entire carpet. They also said there was other damage but our cat has never had any accidents ever. I asked them to send pictures of the damages to my new address but they never did. The key point here is that moving in is made easy, but moving out can be very expensive. In other states any cleaning required is taken out of a security deposit and I usually got most of it back. Here it seems they can charge whatever they want when you leave. And they will. 2. The apartment area is quite beautiful in summer but winter is another matter. There is a long slope from the apartment to the bottom of Lakemont. When it ices over it is treacherous. If you live there get studded tires. 3. Staff is not around when you need them the most. My wife needed to get into the apartment, but did not have her key, when I wasn't at home. This was during a Seattle snowstorm that shut down most everything. She called security but they said they couldn't let her in as they didn't have keys. The next day the staff didn't come in, apparently it was too dangerous for them.
