I would like to dispute the submission by the lady who claims to have had her dog "thrown" on the floor. I have had Keith groom my goldens (2) for over 3 years now. He came highly recommended by a co-worker at my office who has had him groom her golden for several years before me. Further, Keith has kept my dogs at his house while on vacation and I have NEVER seen any abuse. I trust him with my four legged children just as if I would trust my two legged ones. All the workers at Der Pet Haus are very nice to the dogs they groom. I have never witnessed any bad behavior to other dogs - only remarks of how wonderful their pets look after grooming. When this groomer was recommended to me I was desperate to find someone that would take care of my children just like I would. Keith has been a godsend. I don't know what I would do without him. Keep up the great work Keith. Ronda

The most horrifying experience I have ever had with a dog grooming place! I saw with my own eyes, behind the little mirror glass window in the room where they groom the "none show dogs", how they were treating my dog! Keith (who says he is the owner of this place) was trying to comb my dog’s hair and she was not comfortable with the aggression he was using. My dog nipped at him and Keith got so upset that he very aggressively lifted my dog by her leash with his left hand off a 5 foot grooming table, and through her on the floor!!!! I was devastated to see her being treated like that! She came out of the room coughing and chocking from the pressure he caused on her neck. I can’t believe I even paid for the grooming services in advance. I was very upset with him and expressed my disappointment and his response was “Don’t bring your dog here again!” I highly suggest taking your dog to a place where they don’t have hidden secret rooms and mirrored windows so you can't see the type of treatment they receive!
