Owner has antisocial personality disorder

I agree with others, owner is a total D-head. I asked him if they charged a basic fee for looking at the appliance and he said no. But he said, WE DO charge a fee if you want it put back together before we send it to you. He doesn't try to hide the sarcasm in his voice at all. I'm sure the guy rarely, if ever, gets layed.

I had an okay experience here. I took my vacuum in and it was repaired under warantee, but they did take longer than I expected. Their appliance "bedside manner" isn't the best, but I don't really expect charm school quality from the blender guy, either. I'm going back to get my steamer repaired -- wish me luck! Will let you know.

I totally agree with previous reviewers who rated 1 star for this store. I'd better to skip my story since I start to be angry when I recall the experience. Just don't know how it can still survive as it keeps hurting people who help it to run its business. The owner/employee is one of the rudest and dishonest men that I ever met. Very bad service at all. If you have left your small electronics in his room, you'd better forget it and buy a new one so you can save your strength and make you self happy. If you insist to have your item fixed there, please don't try to contact him. Otherwise, please prepare to get tons of lies (whenever you call him, he just start to fix your item), junks, and rude words which can help you have a very bad day... File a compliant to better busniess to keep this bad service away, for more happy customers!
Worst attitude and customer service ever seen

Agree with first reviewer completely.
The primary owner/employee at this store is downright rude and unfriendly. He tries extra hard to increase customer pain and refuses to give work order number / receipts for warranty repairs
Don't Trust Them!!

Terrible customer services. They really don't know anything about vacuums. It takes them over a week just to do an assessment of what's wrong with the vacuum, but in reality they are reading the manuals in order to figure out what's wrong with it.
Don't bring you appliance there...it will never work again!
- Pros: none
- Cons: don't know what they are doing, poor customer
Action Small Appliance - RUDE, LIARS, INCOMPETENT - Action Small Appliance

Action Small Appliance are the rudest, most incompetent, lying bullies you will ever have the misfortune of talking to. These apes have no business working on any appliance more complicated than a hammer. When they answer the phone, they talk to you like they are doing you a favor and then yell if you ask any questions about the repair. I hope you never have to talk to these troglodytes or have your appliance ruined by them. The guy on the phone lives with his mommy and wets the bed at night. HOW THESE PEOPLE STAY IN BUSINESS IS A TRUE MYSTERY. STAY AWAY.
- Pros: I never have to deal with them again
- Cons: I regret the day I found these lying, incompetent apes
Not one star review at all...

No stars at all...over the years the few times I've had anything to do with this business was because I couldn't find what I needed online. How these rude ****** have remained in business since 1980 is beyond me. And if you google "action small appliance seattle" you'll find a bounty of folks unhappy enough to put pen to paper (type to screen). In the two dozen I read, not one single review was positive.
It's no wonder they had to close their Bellevue shop.
With the many options to shop online, shops like this can die a grizzly death for all I care. Make room for a local business that we actually WANT to do business with.

- Pros: Nothing that I can see...
- Cons: Extraordinarily and consistently rude to customers...
Bad customer service

Usually have had great service from this store. However, yesterday, bought a new coffee maker and got it home only to find out that the lever that controls/allows the coffee to drip into the carafe was "left out of the box". We called, and had to go ALL the way back to get this small but important part. The only thing we were told was sorry, must have forgotten to put it in the box. If we had lived far away, like Monroe or some such place, this would have been a HUGE inconvenience. It will be hard to go back, without thoroughly checking out the next appliance. Don't trust the sales guy to have everything in the box. It won't be there. This is not Macy's, but you also don't pay the Macy's big price on these items.

Don?t trust these guys with anything, customer service was terrible and they just up and threw away our coffee maker while we were working with Starbucks and the manufacturer to get them to warranty it. They never even called us to give us a chance to pick it up, they just chucked it. They really didn?t care when we told them we needed it go get a warranty replacement. If you use them beware.
