Great Food, Great Club for your entire family
by Stephanie Hemsworth
We were looking for a place for our (2) boys to get excercise , join sports training programs to help them advance their skills in sports. My Husband and I were terribly out of shape and needed a diet exercise program. We joined the Pro Sports club after looking into about (5) clubs in the area. This club has everything if you want to make changes and keep your entire family healthy. The programs ,staff and food are all available for you to be the best you can be. Not to mention that they have a wonderful Spa , Florist and Auto Salon. The Staff is great . You do spend money but it is so very worht every penny. Our entire family lost 345 pounds and we are very heathy now because of what the Pro Club has to offer and how we accessed the club to help us get healthy. We LOVE this club!
- Pros: Great Healthy food, Great Trainers, Fun for kids !
- Cons: more locations in Bellevue area
Pro club Auto: Almost stole my money
by vasu007
I recently had my car serviced at Pro club Auto and had a really bad experience.
1.) The service was too too expensuve, I thought the work done would be superior since they charge so much, but no not at all. (Get you car serviced at a local road side shop and save some $$ instead.)
2. They rang the charge twice on my credit card. few weeks later I was accidentally going through my credit statements and realised this. I immediatley called pro club auto manager instead of apologing they asked to Fax my credit card stmt etc. When I went through all that they finally credited the amount back .... if I dint happen to see my stmts they would have stollen a whopping 150 bucks from my pocked ..idiots :(
3. While cleaning looks like they tinkered with my car system/ made my battery died etc but bottom line my car system stoppen working, I had to call the car dealer and get my audio system code and unlock it (I lost my system security ode .. but hey I would like to use it for real thefts not for car services). worst thing the mighty mechanics there dont know anything about this --what a shame for the dollars they are asking.
After reading the review if you still decide to go pls pls be careful and make sure you cjeck your credit card statments.
- Pros: None
- Cons: Very Expensive, careless
ummm... not so much

I work for Microsoft and I have heard some of my co-workers talk about the pro sports club here at work. I gave the club a try, but it really is not for people like me. I think it is too expensive, too uninviting, and too expensive... Did I mention that it is too expensive? While I was told that since I work for Microsoft I would receive a discount, I was wondering when they were going to knock some $$ off the final total price. The bottom line - I was not impressed with this club enough to pay what they were asking. I was also not impressed by the amount of pressure put on by their sales staff.
Food in Cafe is bad and expensive.
by Hermanides
We have been members for a long time and the food in the upstairs cafe has always been bad. They recently added breakfast so we thought we would give it another try. The swimming pools are packed on weekends so you would think you would have to rush to get a table. But it's never busy as nobody heads up there afterwards and I know why. The burger was not cooked in the middle eventhough we ordered medium. The pancakes had bits of burnt on it like the grill had not been cleaned. The eggs were like rubber and the toast arrived long after the rest of the breakfast. We had to ask for silverware for the kids and their chicken strips were dry and hard. So we were dissappointed again.
- Pros: Great childcare, work out facilities and free towels.
- Cons: Pay extra for classes, no shallow pool for young kids.
Overrated

I tried to work out at this gym on a membership offered through my company. I had tried out some of the other clubs in the area, Redmond Athletic Club, Zen Rock, Bally, etc... The look and feel of the club were good, the staff was good, the food I had was good, but if I had to rate this club based on value I don't think you really truly get what you pay for.
Outrageous Prices
by BellevueWolverines
Does this club realize we are in a recession? I took my son, a high school student and athlete at Bellevue High, to view the Pro Sports Club as a possible workout facility. I was AMAZED when I found out how much it would cost for a membership for our family. Now, I must compliment the beautiful marble floors and pillars when you first walk in, but do I want to pay that much for a Gym? HECK NO! I would suggest lowering the prices a little because that is outrageous! I would also like to add that when I showed up for my appointment, the front desk made me wait while they talked on the phone for about 5 minutes. I couldn't tell, but it sounded like a personal phone call to me. Just a word of caution to those looking for a nice gym in bellevue.
If Disneyland made a health club...THIS would be IT! (minus the long lines!)

PRO is a magical place of health, wellness and mind-body rejuvenation! --- I personally recommend the 20/20 smoothies as well as the following, to name just a few: Zumba, Kick boxing, Total Body Makeover as well as FX Fusion and Boot Camp at the Performance Center. --- In the Spa (newly remodeled and gorgeous) I recommend: microcurrent toning facials (Laura, Andrea, Gina, Monique), the signature facial for total relaxation, and shiatsu treatment massage (amazing!) for a total healing experience. --- In the Salon I recommend: Mandy (phenomenal color and cut expert), Bryan (best blow-outs), Adriel (short styles & blond guru), Jamee (any upstyle you can find in a magazine and she'll do it better!), Chelsea (exceptional men's cuts) and Kelly (hair extension PRO). --- Additionally, My kids love the fitness camps held on days when there's no school (Hooray!) and during the summer. Discovery Bay's staff are always friendly, caring and helpful - Shawn, Loren and team are Awesome! --- Oh, bring your girlfriends for a pedicure and Spa High Tea experience, sooo fun! The staff will decorate your table with flowers, balloons and chocolate, all complimentary! --- A world class experience and all in our own backyard! Who knew?! :)
- Pros: 200 classes, Equipment, Drycleaning, Floral Shop, Dining Room, Bar, Spa and Salon, FREE Garage Parking
- Cons: Women's Fitness, Spa & Salon full on the weekends and after work hours, 30 min massage is too expensive - go for the 90, 20/20 program is tough to get in
Terrible Service
by Vanessa212132
On a recent visit with my fiance to the spa I encountered poor treatment and service. The staff were not knowledgable or trained well. The appearence of the spa was deplorable. I don't understand how such a nice place could be run into the ground by a team of unqualified individuals. Furthermore, I suggest that you do a little research before making arrangements here.
This isn't the place for me
by PiAreSquared
Now, I?m not sure what your personal style or taste is, but the Pro Sports Club is not for me. I don?t need a gym that has 100 tennis courts, and even more treadmills. I don?t need a gym that tells me which hours I am allowed to work out. I especially don?t need a gym that has a day spa, food court, and a facility named ?cardio theatre?. Who wants to work out with the lights off while watching a movie. First of all, if you can understand a movie while you?re working out, then you are not working out hard enough. Second of all, if you can talk on your cell phone, then you are not working out hard enough. Lastly, if you pay $10,000 for a gym membership, then you are probably not there to work out ? it is just a status symbol.
- Pros: Looks nice, but looks aren't everything
- Cons: Expensive, fake
Not at all what I expected
by tiffanyperez
The pictures online make the facility look very inviting. I thought the spa at the pro sports club looked amazing. I am actually quite pleased with the appearance, but the employees seem to be the problem. After checking in to a rude greeting I thought to myself, are these people even happy here? Their pretentious attitude completely turned me off.
