We recently saw Barefoot in the Park here and were pleasantly surprised. We're novice theater go'ers, so I can't comment productively on production or performance aspects, but I can say that we enjoyed it and would do this again.

Pros: Right in downown Issaquah

Cons: Parking

What a great surprise it was to go here for the first time and be blown away by the music, talent, friendly staff, and all around great place. We truly enjoyed our Saturday night out on the Issaquah town. Great performance!

We tried this theatre for the first time and were delighted to discover this theatre is an excellent facility with actors, music and sets that rival the very best in Seattle. We can hardly wait to come here again!

The Village theatre is not just the best theatre on the East side but I think in the Puget Sound Area! The talent is top notch, they hire people from all over the US, getting Directors, Lighting Designers, Costumers etc., directly from Broadway. They do new works never before seen and they do the classics. The theatre is the perfect size, so there is not a bad seat in the house. And these shows don't just use a piano like some of the theatres in Seattle but use a good sized Orchestra! But it's not just musicals but also straight plays that are wonderful to see. Nest year they are doing "To Kill A Mocking Bird." Eat next door and make a night of it! Don't forget they take their shows to the Everett Peforming Arts Center, too!

Pros: Talent, Convenient Location, Great Theatre

What a wonderful theatre company! I've been to theatre all over the country, and this one is excellent! I saw Oklahoma there, and the talent was amazing! Not only that, but the theatre itself was beautiful, the sets were lovely, and the staff was attentive. All in all, it was a very professional show and a great experience.

Pros: great talent, free parking, beautiful theatre
