Not willing to work with the community.
by juliebjulieb
This bowling alley is horrible. The staff is never friendly and when I approached them to bring a church group into the facility, they were rude and did not want to work with me on price. I would love for our community to get new owners and bring people together! Please Kenmore Lanes Owners, find new employees or else please sell your bowling alley!
best pizza in any bowling alley & cheap good place to meet freinds.

Goin there was alot of fun. oh my god how big was that place!! i swear to god it had it's own area code.
Im learning how to bowl and it's one of the only places I can go and practice bowling because they do their lanes and have a good time hanging out they have a big arcade. If you want to pick-up girls it's a great spot. Just make sure you go after 8 on fri or sat nights. on yeah bowlings real cheap on weekdays, only $1.25 a game hmmmm I wonder if their prices are jacked up in the winter. The food is a little expensive but it's great, especially the pizza or the nachos, . . by far the best deal in the place, make sure you're hungry and you bring alotta friends because they give you way to much. If you order the hot wings ask for the hot sauce just make sure you get water with it.
- Pros: it's freakin huge 50 lanes no waitn and cheap
- Cons: the could use a better sound system
the worst experience ever

Kenmore Lanes is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. I rolled a couple games with my wife, and when I went to the counter to check out they were switching over the cash drawers and was told to wait. They took 20 minutes just to do this. 20 minutes! I sat at the counter for 20 minutes while they sat there and counted money. I asked them how long it would take and the cashier got attitude with me and then when I got upset about wasting 20 minutes of my time they called the security guard (who completely understood why I was upset and asked the cashier to hurry up). Seriously....have they ever heard of switching out drawers and counting cash in the back office while business continues? Who in their right mind would not be upset by that....that would even irritate Gandhi! By the time they finished, there was a line of at least 7 or 8 customers, all as upset as me. The experience I had at Kenmore Lanes has made me remember why I would rather stay home and bowl on my Wii. I will never even consider going to Kenmore Lanes again, even if I was paid to bowl there. How they have remained in business as long as they have remains an unsolved mystery.
- Pros: they have an exit so you can leave
- Cons: staff
Top A Notcha pizza pie. Fridays can be bizzy, the staff all on top of their game....

i bring the whole crew down on saturdays and never once have we had anything less than perfect lane choice, great food, friendly players on either side of us, and many relationships have sparked from our family outings. I recommend kenmore lanes to all who enjoy the environment of a bowling alley, pins smashing, kids getting excited, and adults learning to be kids again. A must visit venue on the north end of lake Washington..enjoy it while it lasts before the value of the land dictates a high rise mixed use building in its place.
- Pros: parking good
- Cons: could open earlier on saturday
Just pathetic...Highly DO NOT recommend

The customer service is just awful! My 6 year old kid accidently bowled while an employee was on the other lane, and when he came back, he yelled at us and stuck his chest out like he was going to h-eye-t us (the site doesn't let me use the word). For god sakes it was just a 6 year old kid! We even apologized nicely at first but he was still being very rude. It didn't even end there, everytime he walked by our lane he gave us a dirty look. I was seriously going to h-eye-t the guy but I held back because my wife and kids were there. We told management about it, but they actually took the employees side and refused to apologize. The employee was asian, short haired, sort of chubby..5'10..so watch out for him. I am never going back to Kenmore Lanes ever! Not only did that ruin my night, the scoring was just awful too. I don't know how many times there were errors in the scoring. Kenmore Lanes is just pathetic!
Best staff, Fun atmosphere,

We have been going to Kenmore for 5 years. We use to live in Bothell and were in a league. We bowled at least 3-4 times a week. Now we are in Federal Way and really miss the group there. We try to go once in awhile to visit. We are currently in another bowling league in Federal Way, but not happy with it at all. Not very friendly staff. I guess that should be my next rating... The staff at Kenmore are always great, especially Wes... Dave makes great drinks too...
- Pros: Great Staff and drinks
- Cons: Need better lighting in the parking lot
Great staff!

Yes, sometimes there are technical difficulties--i.e. ball not returning, but the staff's helpfulness and great attitude more than make up for it. Dave the bartender is the hardest working bartender I've ever seen, and the front desk staff, especially Wesley, keep us coming back, regardless of our scores!
- Pros: Friendly staff, Lots of lanes, Tasty food
Great bowling, but pricy refreshments

So many lanes you'll never have to wait in line!
I've been bowling here several times and I love it every single time. With 50 lanes, having to wait is almost unheard of here. There is a large selection of food and beverages but expect to pay for them. My friends and I just ate at one of the many restaurants nearby on our way there. The bowling alley is very modern and although there seemed to be some technical difficulties with our scoring (miscounted pins, etc.) we all had a ball!
- Pros: Lots of lanes, Clean
- Cons: Expensive food
Money, Money, money!

Kenmore Lanes was by far the best casino experience I've had in the state of Washington. Of course, there are few places that you can go to if you are only 18. My friends and I had such a good time. The dealers were friendly, the atmosphere was lively, and everyone in my party won money! A must for 18 year olds or anyone else!
