This is a good Thai restaurant. The service is great, food is served very quickly, prices are good, and the food is consistently good.

Pros: good food, good prices, good service

Cons: parking gets a little tight

I'm a chump for Thai food and Tommy Thai delivers. I'm a vegetarian so I can't comment on the meat dishes, but the tofu and noodle dishes are always great. My favorites are the Swimming Angels (awesome peanut sauce over a bed of spinach and carrots), and Phad See lew (Wide noodles with broccoli and other veggies.) If you eat in you receive hot and sour soup with your meal whereas takeout gives you salad, a spring roll, rice, and your entree. The only thing I could wish for would be a full service bar (they only have beer and wine.)

Pros: Tasty food, prompt service

Cons: Dinner entrees don't include rice

The spring rolls here are great, with a lot of flavor from black pepper. And their peanut sauce is delicious. A 2-star dish here is a little spicier than at most Thai places. The old standby chicken phad thai is great. But their tofu is gross--too crusty and crunchy and chewy. Kind of the tofu equivalent of bread that's just a little too old. The beef and pork have been 50/50--sometimes great, sometimes too tough. The service is kind of disorganized and disoriented and the hours seem disjointed. I recommend it for take out of classic Thai chicken dishes, such as phad thai, phad see iew and garlic delight. And definitely get the spring rolls. Those are the best dishes here.

Pros: Cheap, great spring rolls

Cons: Service, tofu

Tommy Thai recently changed owners and I think the food has gotten much better. My husband and I have been going there off and on for the past 2 years, and recently found the food to be tastier and heartier. I recommend their tom yum soup with prawns and phad see iew. Very yummy. : ) If you live within 2 miles of the restaurant, they could even deliver the food to you!

Pros: Food, Parking
