Getting greedy

I have spent so much money at this place over the years on shipping when I could have saved myself a lot of expense by just using the US Postal Service. Today, I brought in a UPS package. I asked for a small piece of tape. The guy told me that would be .50 cents. Really? For a small piece of tape?
Pros: Convenience for Juanita residents
Cons: Slow service & a cut throat attitude
